Bizzabo is great for very small businesses who produce basic events. If a company has a couple events a year and wants a professional interface, it’s a great option. It’s less appropriate for companies with more complex events or who want full customization abilities.

Influitive is well suited for any organization that is interested in engaging customers, mobilizing advocates, and helping to streamline their customer reference, content creation, and product innovation processes. Any customer-centric organization should have this in their toolkit! One thing to be aware of is that, in my opinion and experience, such programs work best with a robust rewards system in place, so this is something to consider in terms of budget, especially for smaller organizations with smaller budgets to spend on customer incentives. Make sure that you consider the cost of incentives and not just the cost of the platform because I think this can have a big impact on the success of the program.

  • Reporting could use some improvement - sometimes it can be difficult to figure out the best way to get the data needed. There are few different ways to pull reports, so sometimes it feels complex.
  • Being able to have more flexibility with the positioning of the challenges on the advocate view would be great. If you could move around the challenges by dragging them, that would improve the usability.

I really like working with Influitive and with AdvocateHub. Their support staff is awesome and everyone I have come into contact with at the company has been friendly and supportive. Their corporate interactions with customers model their product philosophy incredibly well. I am very satisfied and trust in their attention to me as a customer.

Influitive is very user friendly and makes it simple to navigate around the platform. This makes it easier for both admins and advocates alike to use the platform with ease and it also makes it much easier for us to get the results that we desire from the program. However, like any platform, it does have it's bugs sometimes.

Influitive AdvocateHub interacts with Blackbaud Champions and is an on-time response system. What I mean by that is once data is entered in Influitive AdvocateHub, it is updated in real time and I can access a computer and the data is there immediately. Sometimes the rewards do not show up right away and I am under the assumption that the delay is caused by an influx of traffic.

I've never run into a support team so responsive - I even sent them an edible arrangement after helping me with no fewer than five questions one day. Even on off hours, my non-urgent questions get handled. I'm just stunned by the responsiveness and quality of the support team at Influitive.

The training was extensive and gave me the knowledge/ skills that I needed in order to implement my advocacy program using Influitive's Advocate Hub. I also meet on a regular basis with my Customer Success Manager. My Success Manager helps give me ideas for my program and helps me ensure that it's successful. Influitive is really invested in my success. They act more like a partner than a vendor

To implement correctly, you HAVE to put in the time. This isn't a no-brainer implementation. It's easy from a technical end, but you have to have your community-building hat on and you have to actually put challenges into the product in order to see any results at all. If you have zero time to manage it, you will fail.

Bizzabo

Bizzabo is more user friendly than RegOnline and more professional and customizable than Eventbrite. Aventri is a more user friendly and complete system than Bizzabo. Bizzabo was selected over Aventri bevause we were on a time crunch, had already used it, and it was easy to duplicate a website we’d already created. Unfortunately utilizing it required a year contract, so we will reevaluate when it is up.

We went with Influitive AdvocateHub as it really checked the majority of our requirements list. And if there are things that we need, they are always willing to help us work through work arounds and solutions. I find them reliable and extremely professional and knowledgeable. The competitors are as well - but the user network is really top notch so you're covered in the entire ecosystem

  • Event ROI is hard to measure for events. Feedback from the attendees is crucial for understanding the perceived value they got from the event, and the higher the value the higher the return in terms of renewal chances and churn reduction. For us the increase of attendees mentioning how valuable the event was for them from a networking and knowledge sharing perspective was a strong signal for positive ROI, and we attribute much of that to Bizzabo.

  • We've increased referrals, references, reviews, testimonials, social shares, etc ten fold.
  • We've been able to accomplish feats that would have previously taken days and months, and are able to complete them in minutes or hours. It's a huge time saver.
  • By giving our customers a strong voice, we are increasing loyalty, which in the end increases ROI as they are more likely to renew and reduces churn.
