CEIPAL is the best ATS system available in the market for US recruiting. It makes the job really easy for any recruiter. Its features like mail merging, job board integration and migrating of resumes on click are some of the better ones which make it best in the market against other competitors.

In my own experience, the specific data that you see in the software is a great aid in managing your workforce and evaluating performance. It is straightforward to understand how to use it; I'm sure that after 2 to 3 weeks, most people won't have any trouble using it, but I don't want to sound biased since my knowledge only takes me so far into some of it the software capabilities. The user interface can be dull at times, but it's a minor, aesthetic issue, in my opinion.

  • It can be integrated with other job portals so that it will be easy to access candidate profiles.
  • We can track our submission list and their status.
  • We can see the information about the jobs we work on and new jobs are also entered into CEIPAL. And the status of the jobs is also displayed.
  • We can also know who migrated the profile. Who viewed the profile.
  • We can send the job mails to candidates from CEIPAL.
  • We can write a note for profile and the whole organization will see it.

  • When we have new documentation, we can easily have all employees sign to confirm they read and accept the changes made with a few simple uploads and clicks.

  • Increase the frequency with which our representative contacts us. Paycor moves at such a fast pace that our representative is always changing
  • After the first year, I think you should have a team meeting to go over how things are set up and make any necessary changes

The product is really good overall. The customer service is not the best and the benefits administration is kind of painful. However, the good outweighs the bad. We might get a different benefit admin system that can be integrated into Paycor. My controller doesn't want to switch anything for a [long] time.

The overall interface is similar to others, but the fact that half of the features are turned "off" and you have to know WHERE to go in the system to manually turn features "on" seems annoying (like just make all of the features that you sold me on available to me at the outset... why should I individually one-by-one have to identify features and then try to figure out where they might be and how I might turn them on?!?! Also, [I believe] their notification system is a joke. If a payroll fails to process, Paycor will NOT notify anyone in the company. You'll find out when the checks don't arrive (whereas every other payroll provider would alert you if any pay run failed to process by the anticipated date/time).

because I'm using currently , i solved a lot of difficult requirements easily with the help of ceipal, recruiter can work with a positive vibe by using ceipal as it is a friendly user , jobs can be posted , the migrated profiles will go to the database directly , after submitting the candidates , we will get a ceipal notification that we submitted a candidate

I'd give a zero if that were an option. I currently have multiple requests for support that have not been answered in over a week. I have called their support phone line and usually hung up after waiting for 45 minutes for someone to answer. It is unlikely to get a quick response, EVER, even to urgent problems that effect taxes and benefit submission.

Implementation of any new software is going to be challenging, especially if you are maintaining an existing program concurrently. When it is time for dual-processing (both old and new software) prior to going live, be prepared to be stressed. But trust the process and it will be over soon.

It is far cheaper and does almost the same thing that you can find in other tools. The customer service is good and they actually work to provide the best results based on our needs which is highly appreciated. You can create a hierarchy and groups and select what information you would like to show to that particular group and what you don't

When I started this business 4 years ago, I immediately defaulted to Paychex since I used them for over 20 years at my last company. It took a lot of effort to even get them to return my calls and emails. Then, when they reluctantly took my business on, they assigned me to a rep in Indianapolis - even though I'm in Nashville, Tennessee! That office wouldn't return my calls or emails for up to 2 weeks at a time. So I did some online research and discovered Paycor, and I'm very glad that I did. I have been very satisfied with the customer service I've received, and I've been very impressed with the respect and patience they have shown to me, even though I'm a very small business.

  • New texting option launched where you can reach candidates through text messages by using desk numbers only in order to get a hold of them quickly.
