Somehow, Various technologies include the applicants through these Ceipal specifications. Despite insufficient data, it works continuously actions for a complete process. Moreover, most of the candidates are reached by its process.
Read full review It's really great for us. Our payroll administrator retired and we decided to absorb that function within HR. Paycor takes care of the taxes and much of the extra details she had done previously allowing that transition to be possible. The software is easy to use and my managers have taken on more with timesheet review. If a company has really complex differentials it might not be ready for them, yet. We have one that I have to do manually but I'm hopeful they will be able to add it in soon!

I can easily find the candidate details by using his email address. I can easily post the job on the Ceipal without any complexity. I can easily track record of candidates submitted by me. I can easily find the details of the interviews posted on the Ceipal. I can easily upload the resume of new candidate. Read full review Scheduling for management is well organized and easily visualized to ensure proper coverage while avoiding overtime or being over staffed. Scheduling for the employees is user friendly. Employees can easily request and view their time off. They can also view their schedule along with their team's at any time. Payroll is very streamlined. With scheduling and payroll in the same system, everything can be quickly verified for accuracy. If added more job boards it would be very helpful for the user. It is dependent on the organization. It is a customisable one. So anyone who buys it can get it according to their thoughts. There are more and more updates for CEIPAL. We don't have to worry about it as the CEIPAL team is working for more and more updates. Read full review Customer Service is atrocious. We've had 6 Customer Success Managers in less than 3 years-hard to develop any type of rhythm in addressing and solving problems. They also utilize a ticketing system to report issues, but there is little to no communication of when tickets are actually resolved and what the resolution was-requires a ton of prodding from the client to get answers to emails. Integration with third party platforms (benefits for example) is also lacking. Issues are prevalent and take excessive time to resolve. We have been using this ATS for the past few years and have never had any major problems. It is being used for candidate sourcing as well as keeping track of all our candidate's databases. In the market, there are very few ATS software available, and I think Ceipal is the best among all.
Read full review The product is really good overall. The customer service is not the best and the benefits administration is kind of painful. However, the good outweighs the bad. We might get a different benefit admin system that can be integrated into Paycor. My controller doesn't want to switch anything for a [long] time.

Yes, Ceipal is super useful when it comes to recruitment. It's helping me lot of ways, like email templates and mail merge feature. These features are really helps my productivity. It saves lot of time. More than that turn around time is really important when it comes to recruitment Ceipal Bulk email feature is really helpful on that.

In my tenure of using this software, there were multiple times when I faced a technical outage, and it was not too long. We had it resolved as we connected with the support, and they informed us immediately that the developer team is working on it and will get the issue resolved.
Read full review I feel like Paycor is always up and running! If they are planning downtime, they communicate it clearly. Every once in a while, I get something that says the system isn't working but it is usually back up within the hour. I typically find by the time that the employees complain about it, that it is resolved within the system.

I never faced any problem loading the Ceipal login page and when I had a problem it was just my browser. I rarely use any other browser other than Chrome. Even after integrating with other job portals, Ceipal never gets hung or there is any error loading page I have received.
Read full review For the most part, everything moves super fast. There are a few sections (Expense Management) that sometimes take a bit to load correctly. Or if they are interesting, it takes a minute to talk to each other! But reports are quickly downloaded and available! Even data heavy reports run fairly fast!

I would rate myself a 5 out of 10 in coding. While I have a basic understanding of coding languages like Java and Python, I am still learning and honing my skills. However, I am eager to learn and willing to put in the effort to improve my coding abilities.
Read full review I feel like support will transfer you back and forth between departments and put you on hold forever. I believe it is very difficult to see the status of an open ticket. During my experience, it feels like the client has to push all communication and request updates from support regularly.

I would recommend 10/10. However i did not get online training from the Ceipal. I was involved in in-person training in my organization as well. However, i am not aware of online training from the Ceipal but i had get online resolution once from Ceipal. The name of the person was Shruti from Ceipal team as well.
Read full review The online trainings are super helpful. They have user guides that you can read through, interactive training that will walk you through it as well as plain web based ones. I've actually never had an in-person training but all of the information you need can be found online. They also will do individual support training if you are struggling with a certain area.

Implementation of any new software is going to be challenging, especially if you are maintaining an existing program concurrently. When it is time for dual-processing (both old and new software) prior to going live, be prepared to be stressed. But trust the process and it will be over soon.

Read full review Paylocity was cumbersome and not very intuitive. I was constantly on the phone with them trying to figure out how to do something. I once called back 4 different times( because I didn’t believe the answer they gave me was how to do what I was asking), explained my problem the exact same way and got 4 different answers. So, I lost trust in the product and started looking for a product I could rely on.

Pricing model was very flexible with Ciepal and when we agreed we already knew that we are going to renew it for more than 5 years now. It was flexible and we had to make sure that there is no breach in between. we are using the services for more than 2 years now so I think I made the right decision.

I have given an 8 rating as the Ceipal is being used in our department for mostly recruitment purposes so we don't have many other departments. We use Ceipal for recruitment and for sales purposes. Currently, it's being used for the bother dept and working absolutely fine so I think an 8 rating is reasonable.

It is also easy for us to utilize across different locations but still under one master company. They have always provided us support when we decide to change something on an organizational level

Ceipal Professional Service is also an elite service provided by Ceipal for its premium vendors. It's just like an upgrade system one can avail of if they want to pay more and have more features added to their current system. We did not use this service so I don't have much to say about this, but maybe in future we will require it.

Reporting - Confusing and Difficult. Very little customization and has forced us to rely less on reports.
