We are using paycor across all our US team members to be the centralized hub for everything to do with HR, performance management, learning and payroll
Pros
- Easy to use user apps
- Easy to use dash boarding
- All in one solution
Cons
- Missing the ability to administer evaluations globally
- Struggles to deliver on complex issues
- Struggles to complete all of their new customer onboarding, schedule creep issues

- The efficiency of payroll has really increased
- Capturing of WOTC has been much better
- The system can be complex and rigid on some tasks that are easy in other systems
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 25-50 hours per month. - The G/L transaction alignment with our ERP has been crucial

Paycor is a much better product all around with better service but Paycor lacks the ability to API ties to other systems Namely has. Namely has a better UI and user experience as well.
