The major reason to go with chargebee is its costing as compared to its competitors it is much useful and value for money.Also it has many features that is very practical and efficient to use it.I recommend to the people who involves low costing as well as futuristic features.
In a B2B set up - Post achieving some scale and having outgrown Google Sheets/ Excels. Won't add much value if you are dealing with fewer than 400-500 invoices a year.
We haven't explored their B2C subscription management side - but that is one of the key strengths of the platform.
I wouldn't recommend them to anybody because their support is getting worse and worse and their business processes require you to contact support whether you want to or not. You will be forced to contact support and then wait for days to get any meaningful response that's not a copy/pasted sentence from FAQ.
Zoho Commerce fits well in scenarios for our nutritional businesses have a quick setup for straightforward online sales, especially those already using Zoho tools like Inventory or Books. It shines for single-channel or emerging omnichannel retailers handling catalogs more than 1,000 SKUs, leveraging its drag-and-drop builder and basic automations. Also helps us to grow 5x in the last 6 months.

Real team members that provide backend support for merchant issues. We had issues addressed quickly and taken seriously whenever we needed anything.
Help with navigating VAT transparently. We never worried that we were messing up in this complicated area of international sales.
Great first line customer support reduces the need for an extensive customer support organization on our end. They dealt with all purchase related issues as well as lightweight technical issues (e.g pointing users to FAQs, update links, etc.).
It wasn't allowing us to add a one time purchase without making it an ongoing subscription with only one payment. They may have fixed it very recently but that was a big pain from a reporting perspective (it was including one time purchasers as subscribers)
Email automation is not very robust. Difficult to customize triggers by subscription, you have to send the same message to all subscribers for a specific action
Wish it had a way to write off and cancel the subscription of customers who haven't updated their cc info. That can be a long painful and very manual process. And if that feature is available somewhere they don't do a good job of making that clear.
It's very easy to use once you know what you're doing. I found it very straight forward once I got the hang of things and was able to create plans easily for my business. I was also able to just charge my clients right away easily. Refunding was also easy when needed.
As I am user of Zoho Commerce and having great experiences with it, giving 8 because they need to improve lot because as in market lot of expensive software are presents like SAP and Oracles but that is cheaper than that with similar feature.

We tried using Stripe before Paddle, but it was a pain integrating it and it lacked the licensing. Paddle allows us just to add a payment button and don’t ever think about payment methods, we don’t have to make a separate button for card payments and another one for PayPal. Paddle does all this in their checkout process.
Zoho Commerce was chosen over Increff, Odoo & Unicommerce due to zero transaction fees saving 1-2% per sale, critical for thin-margin retail like 5x growth case. Good CS & IT services and product itself is detailed. Easy to download reports and easy to forecast. Since they are modifying yearly into their system as per customer needs.
