Qualified provides exceptional customer service. He is constantly eager and able to answer all the issues raised, he also offers excellent subscription prices, he is useful for organizing meetings in the sales area, discussions with VIP clients directly from our website.
Conversica is an excellent tool if you have a large database of potential students, sales leads, or other forms of potential customers/users. It does not replace human interaction, but instead supplements it - allowing your admissions/sales/retention team to spend their time with those individuals that are in most need of assistance - whether that be because they are "hot leads" for a sale, students with a sincere interest, or customers needing assistance beyond the capabilities of an automatic system.
Gemini is well suited to help in customer service, to create summaries of emails sent by customers, generating possible responses to them, rephrasing communications, help create and then correct SQL queries, interpreting responses, it's not so good if you need to help with a sensitive topic due to it taking personally identifying information
Piper the AI SDR is perfect for a global marketing team who wants to have greater control over conversations that are happening on the website. She does an excellent job of qualifying leads and getting meetings booked. In addition she does an excellent job routing people to support and away from sales if that is not an area they are interested. There aren't many areas we have found Piper to be not appropriate. As we continue to hone in and improve her capabilities.
Conversica is great at working low level leads and surfacing those that are in fact interested in your product or service.
Conversica is also useful in weeding out leads that are not strong.
Since Conversica is sending emails to various prospects, customers and opportunities, it allows sales, account managers, service etc, to focus on other activities, thereby saving time and freeing up resources.

The method of standing up campaigns can be a little tedious for administrators because it uses copy/paste of Salesforce Campaign ID instead of just searching for active Salesforce campaigns.
Understanding the conversation path options that the AI could take is improving greatly, but can still use some improvements for admin awareness when standing up a new conversation.
Understanding what conversation types exist and how they differ from one another is sometimes difficult to self-serv, but the Conversica team is always very good about helping out explaining these.
Currently the document database caps out at 10, requiring us to condense some of our policies
It's large context window is a blessing and a curse. Sometimes it stops generating half way through a very ambitious request as it delivers page after page of content
There is no way to share Gems currently, so we have to publish guides to our employees on how to best configure them
Piper the AI SDR can get tripped up when someone asks a question we weren't prepared for. Example Does the webinar cost money? Of course not but we didn't specifically put anywhere that it doesn't, and she can get confused

There are some trigger limitations for email but we are aware it is on the features roadmap
Tool is extremely powerful but comes with a heavy price tag. As long as we close more than 30 deals with year with Conversica's assistance it will be an easy choice to renew. If we don't we will have to figure out if these funds are best spent in other lead generation places.
Google Gemini Web UI provided an intuitive user experience with a collapsible side menu and a recent chat feature. It has a nice, clean design and easy-to-use "Ask Gemini" chat control with an integrated Tool menu that provides quick access to Deep Research and Create images options. One can also search for chats quickly and efficiently.
The Qualified tool itself if superb. It comes with so many features, not just the AI SDR - Sani, in our case, but additional features and benefits which I've started to take full advantage of. It's allowed us to drive engagement across the website within just days, and has already begun to see leads converted to open, and in some cases, won opportunities in under two weeks. Our AI SDR - Sani, has opened so many doors for the business. We've learned so much from our customers, website structure and content that resonates with prospects.
Our account manager and support rep have been extremely helpful in helping us get the system where we wanted it. Given our original use case as a lead qualifier, a lot of the conversations needed to be altered or exceptions created in order to provide the customization we needed. Our AM and support rep were able to accommodate most of our requests and were extremely helpful in working with us on a solution.
The implementation went smoothly. The only advice I would give for anybody looking to integrate Conversica with Salesforce is to ensure that either you or somebody within your organization has experience with process builder as you'll need to create some processes to force your leads into Salesforce campaigns for the Conversica system to pick them up.
I haven't looked into many other conversational ai products - we received a solid recommendation about using this and have been happy with the process and experience. Price was also pretty good, so we didn't feel a need to shop around on that front. If things change I'll do that homework, but we're happy for now
Hootsuite's OwlyGPT is great for social listening data, but Gemini is far ahead in terms of caption writing and other writing needs. Even for content creation ideas, I'd rather take the social listening insights then feed that to Gemini. ChatGPT I truly have never been a fan of. Gemini's interface has always intrigued me more and I find it to have great functionality. Lastly, I included Perplexity - just to note another tool I've used. Perplexity is great for deep research, but outside of this I would always go with Gemini.
We chose Qualified over their competitors because of our interactions with their team and the product. Their team made it feel like this was a partnership and that we weren't just some other customer. Implementation was fast and the tool is very user-friendly. Their customer support is next level and we really appreciate that. All in all, we love their implementation time and great service
We have found that each conversation type has a different ROI. Some are very hard to report off of, whereas others are easy. this is because some are more built around building awareness of what we offer where they may not purchase it for months down the line.
Has helped us to save on salaries. If staff were to try to do the same thing our AI Assistant does, it would take them many hours to be as successful.
