Considered Multiple Products
DocuSign
Chose DocuSign
I don't think I've seen anything like DocuSign in the market. Well I think now Acrobat has a product similar to it, but it's not exactly same people can use it to sign. But it has come recently, not a long back. DocuSign has been in the market since long, so it still has the …
Chose DocuSign
I've worked with documents such as Oracle, Google Forms, and software of that nature. I believe that DocuSign is, has a good reputation and has been reliable for many companies. That's one of the reasons why we have adopted it in our own infrastructure. I believe that compared …
Chose DocuSign
Very similar but did not have the backing of SAP SuccessFactors in terms of Integration. The Developer Environment allowed us to test and practice on very easily compared to Adobe Acrobat Sign. Both products can be connected to via Microsoft Power Platform to aid automation …
Chose DocuSign
Adobe was not a good experience despite the lower cost. Constant crashing, slow to load and a simple feature like copy and pasting the same fields across pages was non existent. Our team celebrated the decision to move back to Docusign from Adobesign. We have never looked back …
Chose DocuSign
Adobe Acrobat Sign is less user-friendly and more suited to small scopes, or one-off documents. It lacks the use of templates that DocuSign has, which is what ultimately streamlines and delivers the consistency and efficiencies for the business.
Chose DocuSign
Deal hub is a relatively complicated software, my company requirement was limited to getting the document verifed and then get it signed from the right set of designation after the verification The evaluation process of DocuSign was also smooth and it was very simple to …
Chose DocuSign
No other documents like DocuSign have I had experience with or have I used.
Chose DocuSign
HelloSign was like a breath of fresh air compared to the corporate feel of DocuSign. Their salespeople were not pushy, their pricing is fantastic, and the features are just what we need.
Chose DocuSign
There has never been anything that we could really compare to Docusign. We have tried sending documents in a PDF version, but that was not nearly as efficient. DocuSign saves your signature in the system and uses that as it goes through your documents.
Chose DocuSign
I actually have both. Docusign has better features. Signnow was a little cheaper so I kept them.
Chose DocuSign
DOcusign is quite old and reliable in respect of other vendors available in the market. There is no complexity in signing which is generally faced while using Authetisign and also it has no problem in inserting big text which other apps have this issue.
Chose DocuSign
I prefer DocuSign to Adobe Sign because of the workflow process. To me, DocuSign flows much easier and the interface is easier for me to locate the things I need. I also appreciate the templates that DocuSign allowed, especially because Egnyte had a direct integration with …
Chose DocuSign
DocuSign is pretty much the only signing product that I have used to complete paperwork and have them signed over to our customers. It is a great product and is very efficient.
Chose DocuSign
DocuSign is so much more widely used and I think reliable. Who knows where HelloSign will be in a few years and I don't think they have nearly the funding to compete with DocuSign. Also, everyone uses DocuSign and it makes clients feel secure knowing the name of software …
Chose DocuSign
When viewing other competing products they didn't have the superior functionality that DocuSign had, nor the admin control. However, it should be noted that since making the selection, competing products have greatly improved.
Chose DocuSign
I would say that DocuSign's biggest competitor and a most similar product is Adobe Sign. They both offer almost identical features with Adobe offering a slightly better interface. Adobe sign is also less costly than DocuSign while offering templates that can be useful for …
Chose DocuSign
I've used Hellosign and DocuSign at the company. DocuSign has an easier UX and ability to use with multiple users. Also links and partners with a lot more external tools.
Chose DocuSign
We used home grown electronic signatures and were not pleased with the maintenance required.
Chose DocuSign
I didn't make the decision myself on why we selected DocuSign so hard to say but bottom line is a lot of them do the same thing... e-signature. Pretty straightforward stuff! I think it really comes down to personal preference, perhaps user interface, and what just feels most …
Chose DocuSign
I have not used any alternatives. DocuSign is the leader in this space from my opinion.
Chose DocuSign
DocuSign is the one we went with because of the majority of people who use it regularly. It's the first one that comes to mind when you think of electronic signatures. We do use AdobeSign with our HR platform because that is the one that is integrated with it, but standalone …
Chose DocuSign
I have not used any other but I know there are other cheaper tools out there but it depends how many documents a company is dealing with and need signatures. We use it both for our own use with our employees and for any contracts we handle with consultants and customers.
Chose DocuSign
Adobe Sign has closed the gap between it and DocuSign in recent years. I still think DocuSign outclasses Adobe's offering in ease of use, and it makes less sense to go with Adobe Sign unless you are already steeped in the Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, …
Kaspersky Endpoint Security
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
Cisco is very complicated to use in my opinion and this leads to some operational doubts when you have to manage sensitive and critical operations. with Kaspersky there's more trust perception and a feeling that everything is going the right way and as expected. Cisco AMP can't …
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
Other cybersecurity products we've tested only detect a few malware.
They are not cost-effective as they have separate licenses for other features.
Other vendors no longer support the old version of the OS. This is very important to us as we still have legacy OS in place. To …
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
Offers equal or greater protection against current threats, stays updated. Its license is cheaper than the competition (i.e. EPDR) and financiers really like this.
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
Kaspersky Endpoint Security has less impact on computer memory and processing. On the other hand, I think the solution is much more advanced and more powerful overall. Both solutions have a central management console, but Kaspersky's solution has better usability and provides …
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
In terms of management, it it much more difficult to cloud manage Kaspersky versus Webroot. Also, as stated before, much easier to make exceptions to virus definitions and scanning.
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
one of the best antivirus software I have used with a much friendly interface and is easy to manage as compared to other security products.
As an admin, We have managed many security tasks in an organization. It does come in handy for such tasks without any hassle.
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
Kaspersky was chosen over other competitors for it's benefits. As Kaspersky is a fully fledge solution for encryption, patch management, OS deployment, Device control, web control, application whitelisting and endpoint protection.
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
There are lots of reasons for choosing this endpoint security system. It is a very efficient tool in terms of identifying viruses. The biggest benefit is that it always keeps me away from opening harmful or suspicious sites. This is the most affordable security product.
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
I've used the cloud version of CarbonBlack and Bitdefender. They both say they automatically scan files as soon as they appear on your computer. The user/administrator is left to trust that the technology works. With Bitdefender, it at least allows an on-demand scan, but it …
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
Fairly similar, but Kaspersky is more Cloud centric, I would say better for Remote workers. Price is better with yearly subscriptions.
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
Kaspersky Endpoint Security was chosen because it has very high reliability and an easy to use graphical interface. It also has excellent technical support, and in evaluations, it met all the technical requirements that the management needed. The software protects against the …
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security

Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
Kaspersky is a leader in endpoint protection, but its ties to potential adversaries are unsettling. Kaspersky has a great threat research team and quickly identifies malicious software and its signature. Its web-based protection is also top notch. This is a great product but as …
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
It is one of the best anti-virus products that I have used. Much more friendly user interface. It is way easier to implement and install. It is also way easier to manage through the MMC. The console is Microsoft like and very intuitive to any system admin who has run consoles …

Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
I have not used a competitor of Kaspersky's.
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
System Center is more robust than Kaspersky Security Center. They both offer a single pane of glass for remote management of Endpoints (at the Advanced level for Kaspersky). Kaspersky does an excellent job of providing 3rd party applications in packages that can be downloaded …
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
I tried both Avast and Avira and the annoying pop ups to upgrade and being locked behind a paywall made buying Kaspersky a no brainer, especially when I have seen it first hand protect our data. The interface for all 3 was lacking in some sort of way but the Kaspersky UI was …
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security

Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
Kaspersky Endpoint Security often comes up on top of other competitor products for a variety of reasons. These include overall speed, easy to user interface, lower costs for implementation, and easy to manage features. It has a great security research department to deal with …
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
We looked at other solutions and chose Kaspersky over the other software out there as the price point on a multiyear contract was aggressive and the software running on the computers as the agent was thin and didn't use up much system resources. We also like that Kasperksy has …
Chose Kaspersky Endpoint Security
Kaspersky Work Space Security is little bit [better] than Microsoft Forefont. Better software.
Sophos Intercept X
Chose Sophos Intercept X
Bitdefender was garbage, and it did not work well for non-persistent VDI desktops.

Even though we bought it we dumped it after a month and bought Sophos instead. The difference was like night and day.
Chose Sophos Intercept X
Sophos Intercept X is one of the industry leaders for a reason. Apart from integration issues, Sophos Intercept X stands above the rest when it comes to protection and usability. I have used at least 30 different antiviruses, antimalware, and antiransomeware programs and none …
Chose Sophos Intercept X
They have almost the same features but we ended up with a better offer for Sophos.
Chose Sophos Intercept X
Sophos Intercept X offers a far more comprehensive and stable product when pitted up against Comodo Advanced Endpoint Protection and Watchguard Endpoint Security - both of which we offer as low cost alternatives for customers who are adamant about not paying for Sophos …
Chose Sophos Intercept X
I don't feel it's fair to compare Sophos Intercept X with the versions of Symantec and AVG that I have used in the past - as that was such a long time ago. I'm sure those other companies have released far more features than I used all those years ago.
Chose Sophos Intercept X
Sophos Intercept X is easy to manage and deploy under your business. I think it is comparable to BitDefend with the ability to send out deployment via email or directly add it to the computer. I have noticed that Bitdefender seems to eat a lot of resources during its scans …
Chose Sophos Intercept X
Webroot endpoint protection is not even in the same league as Sophos Intercept-X. I have tested and compared both sides by side, run simulations and it's not even close. Plus the Sophos central management is so much better. Easier to view user activities and apply policies and …
Chose Sophos Intercept X
I personally found Sophos Intercept X GUI to be easy to use. The agent is easy to deploy on client machines and runs in the background silently. It has a very good virus, malware scan engine that picks out a high percentage of malicious software. The price was also very …
Chose Sophos Intercept X
Sophos is much more user friendly and scalable for partners who wish to [centralize] all security across the IT industry, from email security, server security, phish threat management and more.
Chose Sophos Intercept X
We have used Avast, AVG, Panda, Sophos' original antivirus product, and Symantec before and it is better than each of them. The cloud console is the star of the show and it dramatically reduces the cost and effort needed to install the product. Other products were only …
Chose Sophos Intercept X
It is one of the only products that will scan all code in memory and arbitrary data for malicious behaviors.
Chose Sophos Intercept X
We have been using this product for a number of years, which shows that it has worked well for us. I don't recall the other products we reviewed.
Chose Sophos Intercept X
It provides more features for the same price. These added features differentiate Sophos from the rest of the pack, making it a better solution. Also, the ability to integrate with your Sophos firewall if you have one adds another level of integration and protection. This …
Chose Sophos Intercept X
We didn’t evaluate any other products. I used Sophos at a previous company and when I started here, they were using the on-prem version. We immediately migrated to central and haven’t looked back. I am aware of the competitors, but once you are comfortable with a quality …
Chose Sophos Intercept X
Sophos offered better value for money whilst beating the above products on detection and prevention. The GUI is fantastic and easy to use and works seamlessly on top of other features like DLP, application control and web monitoring. I would recommend getting the XG firewall as …
Chose Sophos Intercept X
Sophos Intercept-X gave us a more well-rounded solution.
Chose Sophos Intercept X
Sophos Intercept X is a little less expensive than the comparable package from Trend Micro and a little more expensive than a comparable package from Symantec, but in my opinion, it's easier to operate and it's got better centralized controls than both of the others. But the …
Chose Sophos Intercept X
Trend Micro offered similar protection, however at the time did not offer EDR as a solution. The big benefit to Trend Micro was the capability to push out the installation of the agent to assets within the Trend Micro console, eliminating the need for a GPO or deployment …
Chose Sophos Intercept X
Sophos is by far the simplest of the products to setup and going in a very short period of time at a very similar price point. Trend is overly complex and relied on an appliance for each ESX node meaning you lose one appliance and then you lose protection across multiple …
Chose Sophos Intercept X
Besides legacy malware protection, Sophos is doing a good job in protecting against ransomware, thanks to their Intercept X and its behavioral analytics that would stop ransomware that was never seen in wild.
Chose Sophos Intercept X
Best in class... PERIOD... Bit Defender is a good AV product by itself, but it lacks in Next Gen Heuristic detection. It has allowed malware to get past it in our client environments, even with Admin permissions restricted. Sophos is hands down a superior product when paired …

I am going to speak of a personal experience- on multiple occasions: I need my husband to sign documents during the day and I don't need him here- physically. He sometimes works in different parts of the state as well at his own company. There is no problem at all, as long as he has access to his cell phone, email, and cell phone service- he can sign the documents I need him to. It is AMAZING- I can't speak highly enough of Docusign.

Anytime you are managing multiple servers and workstations on a network, having a good Security Center to assist with that management is critical. Kaspersky Security Center provides that and gives the administrator the tools and reports necessary to properly manage and monitor these systems across a network. This is a VERY useful tool and it makes my job much easier.

Sophos Intercept-X is well suited for any environment big or small. There is even a home version that is free that I highly recommend for anyone at home. If you are looking for endpoint protection that is centrally managed, catches everything, and has many features this is the product for you.

Pros
  • Ease of sending the same document out to multiple recipients, at multiple locations, for multiple signatures
  • Quick turnaround - once the recipient signs the document, we receive notification and the document back immediately
  • Can resend, alter, change, and/or add to the email and/or document that is sent out very easily
  • The recipient can save the document after signing, so they too have their own electronic copy for their records

  • Potential threat identification and quarantining is immediate and very reliable.
  • Monitoring system updates, statistics, hardware status, and connectivity issues for all systems on the network.
  • Installation and registration, either remotely or in person, is a breeze, usually taking about 10-15 minutes, and with step by step confirmations.
  • The organizational hierarchy, as well as the abilities listed in the hierarchy are extremely user friendly and easy to use for novices and pros alike.

  • Sophos is a little too good at DLP. But it is indeed very good at not allowing our data to leave our endpoints without strict adherence to policy.
  • Sophos is very good at protecting endpoints against viruses and other malware.
  • Sopho is really good at informing us of what is happening on our endpoints. OOTB reporting is way better than expected.

Cons
  • You have to purchase a subscription and unless you really need to originate a lot of documents, it's not cost-effective to maintain the subscription. It would be better to have a subscription that allows you to purchase a bundle of say, ten documents and then use them as needed for the occasional user.
  • You'll be hard-pressed to find anything negative from users other than the price.

  • The PC imaging tools are difficult to set up and use
  • Device Encryption tools are getting better, but are difficult to manage.
  • The policies are powerful, but could be broken up. More help can be provided in what the policy element does within the policy setup

  • The migration from on-prem sophos to cloud sophos, could have been a little more seamless
  • Would love to get more insight on what was blocked or flagged and what it was trying to do
  • Better and more granular feature management from group policies

The product is a great tool for a remote workforce. As the company gets bigger, adding users to the account can be rather expensive. We considering providing read/sign only access for certain individuals and providing full access to other users as necessary to reduce costs.

The product is stable and accurate in detecting security threats. There are very few or no false positives in detecting security threats or unusual behavior and has very sharp heuristics. The product does the job very well including saving us money in getting 3rd party patch management tools as the business is already using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager which is Microsoft product specific and the product patches these third party products e.g Adobe Flash Player

Usability
I think I gave their rating like 10 I think for recommendations and because I think when it started it was one of a kind, it was only one in the market to do that kind of functionality and they're improving. Earlier I used to just type my initials or type my name, but now you can actually sign it with additional signature. So I think they're improving.

I will give Kaspersky a score of 9 out of 10 for scalability, as it allows businesses to easily expand their security infrastructure. This means it won't cost them a lot to add further protection and security. It won't also require them to purchase other hardware and services for their required protection.

The usability has never been a problem. Sophos Intercept X is a program you can install and let protect your company without much intervention. Apart from a few policies, Sophos will keep you protected better than most any product on the market. Sophos Intercept X works quite well when you are looking to "tighten your grip" on user's access to websites, programs, and add-ons.

Users don't notice any slowdown with the antivirus running on their systems. There have been issues when the systems have missed a scheduled scan, and it was checked to run at [a] first available time, they will start a full scan at startup. This has caused some lag. I'd give them a 10, but there has been 1 or 2 small cases that seemed to fall to the wayside, but I was able to call them up and get them resolved. I give the maximum grade because we have no complaints; we never had any failure, serious error, and serious threat to the company. All of its features work very well. The great advantage of having a product supported by an industry-leading security company is that regularly updated security protocols will protect the system against all emerging threats.

Most of the support reps are fantastic. There have been a few though that have had to be escalated via Account Manager when they haven't followed up but this is a rare instance, and often followed up by the Support Manager for APAC.

Docusign is super easy to use, and apart from a few administration details, there was really nothing to train on. Post implementation, there were issues with configuration of auto-filled documents with the integrating 3rd party. That training required some time, because the DocuSign expert took the time to walk me through the 3rd party's configuration (how often does that happen?) so I could see how DocuSign should be best used to overcome weaknesses in the 3rd party platform. 10/10 expert care.

Make sure to provide awareness campaigns on changes that will be implemented and WHY the business is doing it and the benefits reaped. Benefits reaped is very important for the justification of why things have to change and emphasizing the importance of security. This will reduce user disgruntlement and total bitterness on use of their workstation or laptop

I've worked with documents such as Oracle, Google Forms, and software of that nature. I believe that DocuSign is, has a good reputation and has been reliable for many companies. That's one of the reasons why we have adopted it in our own infrastructure. I believe that compared to other products, DocuSign is more catered to the user experience than say, Oracle or Google Forms.

I've used the cloud version of CarbonBlack and Bitdefender. They both say they automatically scan files as soon as they appear on your computer. The user/administrator is left to trust that the technology works. With Bitdefender, it at least allows an on-demand scan, but it still never reports to the user if the file was clean. Kaspersky automatically scans and notifies the user that it has been scanned AND the results of the scan. In IT we know we can't always trust the technology to perform as designed. I NEED confirmation to feel at ease. Kaspersky makes it easy to run an on-demand scan of a workstation if there is suspicion of an infection. Another thing is that I have not [seen] in Bitdefender, and I know CarbonBlack does not provide inventory information for the administrators like Kasperky. Kaspersky gives detailed information about the systems it scan and lists every software installed. You can even filter and search for specific installations in your network through the Kaspersky Server Center (KSC). It helps know what licenses are used and where.
