Likelihood to Recommend This software is perfect for any company that has document/pdf-based training files that they want to convert into actual training modules for new employees. It is easy for new employees to use and navigate, and the quizzes that can be added at the end of each section/module are great for ensuring new employees' understanding of your content. It probably wouldn't be best suited if you need more interaction during your training process - but for those that just need employees to view and read text/images/videos and to be quizzed after, it is great.
Read full review I wouldn't recommend Kajabi for someone that's starting to figure out what their product is going to be and who is the target audience. While one could argue the starting price point isn't high compared to having a brick and mortar store, it's also not practical pay between $100-$200 a month while the business figures out their offer. Kajabi is better suited for someone who has already tested their product, specifically courses, and can start selling it relatively soon after launching their Kajabi site. While Kajabi has come out with a coaching and community products, those are still in their infancy. The strength of Kajabi is in their course content delivery supported by the ability to have a simple website and email marketing system in the same platform.

The marketing strategy's functionality and the ability to customize emails allow me to communicate with every client. Course creator to create digital products from your content. Read full review Cons We have courses that are required for each employee based on their job title, and then, many courses we consider to be elective for that job title. We have not found a method to distinguish between those in order to view an employee's performance on required courses only. Reports are only available by user ID or user name. We have some facilities or managers who need the user ID (based on payroll entry) and some that need names (employees they interact with each day). Once you get the "hang" of it, Kajabi is a very powerful platform. But it does take an investment of time. Kajabi also has a best-practice way of doing things and I feel that it is worth paying for skilled support to get through the setup quickly. Read full review We are committed to it and once we get "really good" at using it, I think it is a excellent platform and links well to Hubspot. At present, we are still just barely scratching the surface with our use of its features
Read full review Usability Kajabi is very usable. But it is complex and if you haven't used it for a few weeks you have to remind yourself how to do things. It is very important to treat it like any major system and be very disciplined about how you file things and name documents
Read full review Support Rating The support is great, you can either go online and get the training you need or you can work with talent directly to get the support you need, they are readily and easily available and are very friendly, the support structure that they have is great. The other thing is that from a bug's perspective Talent has never had any issue so I really haven't had to use the support outside of trying to figure out how to do certain things.
Read full review The Kajabi Support people are helpful, fast and knowledgeable. I usually call in a panic - because I have lost something, messed something or am on a deadline. Sometimes we speak, or we do a chat. Always my angst is eliminated. I often thank the person for being "so patient" with me. LOL

Read full review Alternatives Considered TalentLMS is more all-inclusive with a lot of great options and the ability to upload PowerPoint presentations. Some of the other LMS companies required other software ad-ons, oftentimes with a cost, to meet functionality. Some other companies use a different format for training reports. Unlike TalentLMS, in which Excel-based reports are very easily generated.
Read full review ClickFunnels is a great tool for funnel automation, landing pages, and lead generation but when it comes to product delivery for content creators it lacks functionality as it reality it was not meant for that purpose. Originally, we used
ClickFunnels for our funnels but we found out that we could do exactly the same with Kajabi, so we migrated all of our funnels to Kajabi

Hard to attribute an ROI to just the LMS specifically but it would be a high multiple in a period of just a few months. With Kajabi, the ability to offer old programs that have been offered in the past is easy to present to one-off customers or when not in a launch series. Read full review ScreenShots
