It is extremely helpful in deciding if we want to roll out a new peoduct or service to our current customers. We are able to get feedback that helps guide decisions so we can keep our customers happy.

Gravity Forms is fine for general use such as a contact form. It is not suitable for using in conjunction with their PayPal Checkout add-on.

I think it is very important to go through their training videos and user guides. Devote the time to learning it correctly from the beginning. In the long run you will enjoy it much more than plowing right into it and then trying to find out if you did it right. Also, while you are not required to buy the annual maintenance contract, I think if you are going to use the program, don't skimp, buy the annual maintenance contract. The free technical support is necessary, especially when you are up against deadlines.

The main reason we will renew is that it does the job, it supports our system, and we have budgeted for it so why change?

Because I lost hours of time (revenue) trying to figure out why their PayPal Checkout add-on wasn't sending the correct data to PayPal. Although I followed Gravity Forms documentation and also reached out to support.

I think as an organization there is always room to grow, however, this application has really helped us with our dilemma with offline, online, and paper surveys. We are able to make our surveys fun and engaging and the interface for the person creating the survey is user-friendly. Customer service is very helpful if you need additional support.

eSurveysPro.com was something I had heard about from a coworker and we decided to talk to marketing about implementation. Everyone was impressed and eSurveysPro.com has just been great to do business with.

It is an in between option. The options we evaluated were Qualtrics and SurveyGizmo. It's cheaper than Qualtrics and easier to design surveys than SurveyGizmo. Nonetheless it's not the worst option out there like SurveyMonkey.

• I recommended Gravity Forms to a client that accepts subscription payments online. After purchasing the plugin and the PayPal Checkout add-on, I spent hours and hours trying to get it to sync correctly with PayPal. It never did, so I ended up using PayPal's built-in buttons. Which defeated the whole purpose of purchasing Gravity Forms and the add-on. Gravity Form's support tried to help, but had no explanation as to why the PayPal checkout add-on wasn't working.
