When preparing for an event, having online registration is vital to planning. The online registration allows participants to learn about the event, determine their schedule and inform the host of their needs. For planning purposes, there are several helpful reports available through the Eventleaf Online app. This is a great tool if your organization will collect registrations for >50.

Having a platform where you can engage customers. It’s not only about the presentation, the polling, and customer engagement allows us to get feedback from customers. A major win for us is that it requires zero software to be downloaded. Running it within the browser window is such a huge impact. When webinar providers have software involved there could be issues with the end user trying to install and run it due to security settings or software.

  • Intuitive: The progam flowed naturally; the order of the tabs and their contents made sense and led me through the process with ease.
  • Comprehensive: While I only used the program to register folks for a fundraiser, it has other options which I will totally use down the road.

  • Webinars hosted in ON24 run smoothly and never lag, and the help desk is very responsive.
  • Detailed analytics in every field include surveys, unique clicks, and downloads.
  • Registration details and multi-registration links in ON24 are very helpful and allow us to add additional registration fields and restrict certain domains.

  • Although the registration component is fully customizable, the website itself could be more customizable. It is pretty restrictive on what you can put where.
  • The registration takes a little while to set up depending on how much information you need. It also doesn't allow for repeat fields which makes bringing multiple guests challenging.

  • ON24 sometimes does not work well with some of our clients firewall and VPN if they are attempting to join from their office.
  • ON24 can sometimes freeze and our trainers are unable to resolve the issue and are forced to reschedule the session or move to another platform available.
  • ON24 does not track the correct data for our number of registrants for forums events. So, the analytics component is not valuable to us.

ON24 is everything we expected and everything we needed. It's simple to use, extremely customizable, and scales very easily. The integration to our CRM makes ON24 major lead generator for our sales team from our established webinars series. We can automate lead delivery to our sales team as well. If anything, we will look to expand our partnership in the future.

97% of our attendees say it is the best trainings they have every attended. But they other 3% have a horrible experience (while watching the event live) interesting fact. On24 uses two different encoders for live vs OnDemand. I have never had issues with the On-Demand experience. My only complaints come during live events

Sometimes (it may be my computer) i cant login to ON24. I create a new PW and then i still cant get in. I clear cache/try new browser etc. and nothing works. I come back in a few hours and its like the problem never existed, its the strangest thing. Outside of that everything works pretty seamless. We've ran into a few bumps with Marketo talking to ON24 and passing reg through but have that figured out now. Not being able to be on a VPN when connecting to webcam on the presenter side does cause issues for our government speakers.

ON24 support is really good with the 24/5 support chat line, where someone actually responds within 30 seconds. The customers success team is also really good and our rep is very helpful with all our questions. Whenever we have more technical questions, she will bring on a IT designer or a tech specialist on our calls for additional comments and help.

On24 has amazing ON-Demand trainings that you can use at anytime and they walk you through step by step on different topics/ they are always updating and innovating and putting out new trainings. I would highly reccomend the trainings and reading the documents they have created. They also do live webinars on a rolling basis that are filled with so much knowledge and Information

The EventLeaf website made me feel that their product/service was more about my event needs and less about hyping themselves. I found the timely and helpful support from EventLeaf wonderful. The team that presented the live demo were very helpful, answered what might have seemed like dumb questions from me (being new at this) with respect and helpfulness. The ability to customize pricing to the scope and needs of the event we were planning was great

From what I've seen, ON24 is built specifically to meet the needs of event marketing (or marketing generally), versus the other platforms which are more about simply providing a mechanism to hold virtual meetings. The integration with sales and marketing systems is really valuable. I don't know about pricing differences, but if the competitors were comparable, I would still select ON24.

  • It has saved us countless hours on the phone with customer care--we spent 10 years with a big-brand event management company which equated to 100s of hours on the phone with customer service. I haven't had to contact customer service yet.

  • We get a lot of MQLs from our webinars. The integration with SFDC is a game changer over platforms that don't offer that integration.
  • The addition of emojis and chat to our event consoles has greatly increased our engagement.
  • We love marketing the fact that on-demand viewers can still submit questions and we'll answer them by email. Who else can say that?
  • We would like to be able to make changes to all console elements after events have taken place. Sometimes stuff just needs to be updated.
  • As we improve our audience segmentation, we are looking forward to the segment customization options that are now available on the console.
  • The webinars ON24 sponsors provide us with some great ideas for improving our overall strategic marketing.
