Wingman is a legacy Conversation Intelligence product for recording, analyzing, and coaching sales conversations. On June 15, 2022, Clari acquired Wingman as part of its Revenue Collaboration & Governance strategy to incorporate conversation data into the Clari Revenue Platform and reduce dependence on manually entered CRM activity. Following the acquisition, Wingman was integrated and renamed Clari Copilot. It is no longer an individual product available for sale.

We have used fireflies also for our meetings and its similar to Wingman but considering the intelligence which Wingman brings fireflies doesn't have that much robust intelligence in reporting. You can use fireflies but when you use Wingman you will actually feel the accuracy …

It does the job really well. They were one of the first on the scene and have continually improved overtime. It's crazy affordable, I'm always surprised when I see the $5 monthly charge compared to other apps I pay more for and use a lot less.

Wingman would be well suited for any organisation with more than 5+ reps in their sales team. Recording all the demo calls will create a playbook which will help the reps learn from each other and also to ramp up new reps with how to conduct the demo and discovery calls

Would love to see the formatting of the summary when I download it look better. The headers are usually far too large and I end up reformatting each summary into my preferred format, layout font, etc. If there’s a way for me to preload, what my preferences are, that would be fantastic so I get a fully complete document without having to do much manipulation after the fact.
I have my settings, correct but Fireflies.ai doesn’t always attend every Zoom meeting or every teams meeting. It does about 90% of the time, but there is a 10% failure rate which causes us a huge problem for me.

Given that I work in sales, it is one of the must have tools for the sales team. It helps us understand and review our calls anytime, anywhere. Access to the recording is easy for sales agent as well the team. Summary and transcription saves the time and manual work

Super user friendly tool! There are some features that I think might be improved over time, like navigation assistance or tutorials, and quick tips, like how to ensure calls always get recorded, how to add Wingman to calls last-minute, or how to use their playlist feature Game Tapes, but those are nice to haves, not need to haves.

Fireflies.ai is made for meetings — that’s its main function — so it doesn’t include fancy features like video editing. If you need to record a podcast, it’s better to use Descript. Google Cloud is a good choice if you already have an audio file and need a very detailed transcription. Fireflies not only helps with transcription, but also with summarization and distribution. So while all three tools offer similar features, if you need a meeting copilot, Fireflies performs better.

Gong is expensive but it has a lot better AI/Intelligence feature compared to Wingman. Wingman definitely does the job, is cheap, and also support is pretty amazing and I personally like Shruti a lot in terms of what she is doing in this space. Also, Wingman is in an Indian company.
