I think that FreeConferenceCall.com is well suited for anyone, really. They do a great job at providing options for all types of scenarios-from basic phone calls to now offering the video conference. The only time I think that it might not be as advantageous to use is when there are only 2 people that are needing to connect-in that case it's just as easy to direct dial

Well Suited: Group discussions. Managing larger audiences. Easy installation. No specific configuration required. Good recording quality. Accessible from anywhere with mobile app. Best presentation experience.Less Appropriate: Required good network connectivity but sometimes in remote areas, we faced [issues] during connectivity. Must work with a lower level of network connectivity. [Sometimes] chats do not deliver even we have a good level of connectivity.

  • Clear calls, it is easy to hear no matter how many participants are on the call.
  • Does not kick participants off, we have up to 40 people on the call and it works fine.
  • Easy to remember, the phone number and code is the same so it is easy for staff to recall.
  • No busy signals, we can always get through to set up call.

  • It is very easy to share content during meetings which makes it really easy for us to hold presentations and workshops with our clients.
  • Unlike other communication apps, Webex App uses minimum data, which makes meetings more efficient because we have fewer participants suffering disconnection. Especially since now a lot of people work from home, not everyone has an optimal internet speed.
  • The quality of the video and audio are very good.

  • Recently callers cannot get onto the call
  • Users on the call get bumped off
  • Non-transparent policy about why problems are occurring. If FreeConferenceCall.com can't reliably provide free service, just tell me that rather than blaming it on a law that changed and local carriers causing the problems. The real problem is that the law did recently change, which allowed companies like FreeConferenceCall.com to collect a revenue share for all calls placed through certain hubs--even free calls. This loophole was removed recently, and I believe the service issues I've been experiencing are being used to extort users to buy a paid service in order to receive trouble-free service.
  • I found customer service representatives rude and dismissive

  • The "call my phone" option isn't always available because the person who set up the meeting doesn't have that functionality. It should be a basic option included with all subscriptions.
  • I should be able to use "do not disturb" without others seeing it, simply as a way to mute notifications but only for a certain amount of time.
  • I'd like a way to preview my video screen without entering a meeting yet; maybe I want to set up my camera an hour beforehand and get that out of the way.

Now, we can't see any other option but Cisco Webex Teams and Cisco's collaboration products to keep our communications up to date and with enough tools and features to confront any posible situation, being a normal work year or a year like this 2020, wich has make us all prove ourselves what we're able to do in manners we haven't even think of before.

Well I have found myself in a very important project like Western Balkans Digital Summit and I had to carefully check if everything was alright, if everything went well with the summit and also while physically working with the summit I could view everything that was virtual. So I would recommend it 10/10.

Cisco and Webex's technical support is far and above the best I have experienced in the industry. However, with any technical support organization, there is always more to be desired. Cisco has, over the years, dramatically improved the support associated with the newer SaaS offerings, which is positive.

The management of participants, organizers, and animators is complete. The invitations are automated and by simply using emails we can create all the schedules of the training session

Very easy to create. All operations are done without any problems with our business growth. All people like the experience including me as an instructor. The tools that WebEx App offers us are very complete for working in a virtual classroom, whether it is sharing the screen, the different display modes, the whiteboard, or even the scoring tools on the screen, it allows me to do my job as an instructor as if I was face to face with the participants.

So this doesn't have the polish that say Zoom or Teams has, but for free, you can't complain. The real big unknown is anything to do with security where a product like Teams is great. Zoom and Teams seem to have become standard that everyone has installed and is familiar with, but the adjustment to FCC is pretty fast and painless.

Comparing them, Webex [App] is the most secure (NSA approved), the most stable and reliable platform for collaboration. The Webex cloud has the biggest uptime comparing to the others and this is really a key point when your company business [relies] on the cloud software. The platform can't stop. Also, the user experience of Webex is easily recognized behind the concept of the Big Green Button, which is present in every app and platform they support. So, even if the user changes [from] computer or smartphone, the user experience will be the same.
