GetAccept vs. Lead411

GetAccept has shown great progress in the digital electronic signature market, we have had almost no problems since adopting it, although at some point we thought about stopping using the GetAccept server. It is very practical for both the client and the advisor using it. It has a very intuitive interface and the management is amazing.

It is well suited for reaching prospects across a vast array of industries; lead generation, planning for meetings (let's me know who might be attending from the client side and allows me to view their LinkedIn account ahead of time. I wouldn't use it for B2C sales or inexperienced sales support people. One still needs to determine which contacts to download.

• The ability to forward agreements along with a video of me describing the agreements. It makes it more personalized and it's always well received by the recipient.
• You can track in real time when a document has been viewed and for how long.
• You can always reference the history of each client agreement. Easy access.

• Most importantly --- The DATA is accurate and the platform is straight-forward and simple to use. The native connection to our CRM environment "completes the requirement" from our standpoint. A "10 out of 10"...
• From my experiences and interactions, the culture of the organization is exceptionally focused on customer satisfaction! We've been more than pleased with EVERY SINGLE interaction with Lead411....they go out of their way to be of assistance. A "10 out of 10"...

• The graphical interface needs some improvements, especially on the mobile version, to speed up the various operations.
• Some operations are not fully automated. For example, there are no templates available to create a contract proposal.
• GetAccept does not allow you to gradually monitor the changes made by customers.

• Ability to search contacts and companies by actual street and physical address is not there yet. This is extremely helpful when trying to strategically work a particular neighborhood where you're trying to build up your own individual name and brand recognition. It's also a way of keeping others in the sales force from stepping on the toes or duplicating efforts of another sales rep.

Lead411 is utilized by our team and as they improve their functionality for company look ups in batches, we are interested in testing it

I would rate Lead411’s overall usability a 9 out of 10. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and provides quick access to accurate data. Features like advanced search filters and integrations make it seamless for sales teams. Minor improvements could be made in global data coverage, but overall, it’s highly efficient and user-friendly.

The Customer Support team was responsive. I typically submitted questions while I was using the app and via the web. The FAQ support base was alright. I cannot recall a time when I used that as opposed to connecting with a rep. I believe all communication was via email. Dalius was great at soliciting feedback. I particularly valued him offering support for best practices as it related to more strategic ways to use GetAccept.

Ease of use is very user-friendly in order to work on any task. It has the maximum features as compared to its competitors which are a quite useful and enhanced program that enables in order to do the CRM easy. Also, it provides particular support to the problems which we faced and resolve them asap.

ZoomInfo certainly is class when it comes to its capabilities. That said, if you're in a heavy outbound role and you just want to get down to the nitty gritty Lead411 is a cost effective measure to get you the information you need to be as successful as you can possibly be.

• Being able to engage prospects who have not signed the contract as quickly as you would have liked them is a huge plus.
• Being able to see how long the prospect has viewed certain parts of a proposal or contract is a massive added on value.

• I've been able to receive some great contact info that has led to me booking new speakers.
• I've wasted a lot of time and credits on data that says it was verified and is not correct.
• It is very labor intensive to keep cost down.
