Likelihood to Recommend hireEZ is well suited to small to midsize companies in my experience. For companies with minimal budget they will negotiate better terms for a longer contract. You also control the number of seats you pay for and the type. It is basically a la carte pricing.
Read full review Indeed Resume has been well suited in areas where there is not a lot of traction or candidates to apply. It has been less appropriate in heavier areas where there are many more candidates available to apply on their own without the invite or having to search for their resume.
Read full review Pros Talent sourcing aggregate (known by Hiretual as AI Sourcing). Custom insights based on search criteria. Contact information & social link retrieval. Applicant Tracking System Integration -- At OnPoint we use Lever as our ATS. Hiretual allows us to export candidate data directly into our ATS and associate said candidates to a specific requisition, & in a specific stage. Read full review It uses boolean search functionality, which allows me to target specific candidates I like that it shows me how long it's been since someone has been active on Indeed The messaging functionality to reach out to candidates and have them respond back to you is very user-friendly Read full review Cons I have come across many duplicate profiles that could cause me to contact the same person twice in a short period. Doesn’t have an “undo” button for if I accidentally mark a candidate as “not a good fit” Their “variables” used in creating email templates don’t function optimally. If you use “candidate last name”, and the person has a title, it will use the title instead of name. For example… I sent an email to a doctor and it sent as “Dr. MD”. Not ideal. Read full review I find it does not always recommend the best resumes to invite to the job we are recruiting for, based off the experience needed or job titles in the candidates resume I don't like how invites don't roll over into a new month if you don't use all of them in a said period of time. Read full review Likelihood to Renew The benefits of a larger universe of candidates and automating recognition of talent we cannot hire, hireEZ has been a big time saver just as a sourcing tool
Read full review We have implemented this tool across several management divisions and locations as of today, so I don't anticipate us canceling our subscription. With the upcoming pricing changes, we are looking at ways that we can stricken the user of the software, but we have seen such benefits from it that we simply cannot go without it as of today.
Read full review Usability The few times that I haven't been able to quickly figure out how to do something, I have emailed my support person and have gotten a response within a couple of hours. The system is very intuitive and if you have ever run online searches using Boolean techniques, Hiretual is very easy to understand (but you don't need to know Boolean to be successful with the tool).
Read full review Overall it is the best product for quick searching and sourcing, but it is costly and prices continue to increase each budget year. We will continue to use it as it gives us the best conversion rate for finding candidates and hiring them over any other job page out there right now.
Read full review Reliability and Availability Never had a moment where it was down or not available. and I do a lot of recruiting at night. Literally never once got an email about any downtime

Read full review Support Rating The support team is proactive with information, sharing changes or new features, conducting training, etc. It is not a pull scenario, as with other vendors, where I have to ask for what is going on. Instead, the hireEZ team is reaching out to us to follow up, provide information, etc. I love their proactiveness and desire for us to use the tool to its full potential!
Read full review This tool allows you to do so much for such an affordable rate. If you want to scoop up your competition's talent, you can filter searches for resumes for people who have or currently work at their business. You can also you Bollinger searches for individuals who have experience with a specific type or word. And my favorite, you can set up search criteria that alert you of any new resumes with specific criteria so you are first to reach out. Highly Recommend.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Entelo is probably the closest competitor that stacks up against Hiretual head to head in my opinion, but the differentiator for us has been the relationship and the flexibility that the vendor provides us on top of the fact that the product itself continues to perform incredibly well as it continues to evolve along with my organization's needs. To have a seat at the table to offer up opinions or advice on how to improve the product over time is invaluable. Additionally, the AI-powered version of Hiretual is much more powerful than
Entelo 's product.
Read full review It was selected for me. I find it stacks up well just because Indeed is a commonly used resource for employers and job seekers. Its functionality leaves a lot to be desired, it does not have features that an ordinary word processor might. It is a useful tool if you advertise exclusively on Indeed, otherwise, it has its limitations.
Read full review Scalability While we don't need it to scale, I see how easy it would be to separate by departments and projects
Read full review Return on Investment It's made me a better recruiter, and frankly, I used to not love sourcing, now it seems fascinating to me! This tool provides so much data, you can play with the criteria until you land on a profile that you want to look for. When done with a specific search line, you can move on to add other elements, skills, nice to haves, diversity aspects. It's truly an exciting tool in our arsenal as recruiters to present solid candidates but also a better hiring manager experience. The data it provides is great. Read full review It really hasn't helped me much because my facilities are in such rural settings and since you all do as the crow flies for the distance I get a lot of applicants that do not realize the facility they are applying for is more of an hour and 15-minute drive away from them.
