Lead Forensics
Score 9.0 out of 10

UK company Lead Forensics offers their eponymous platform for lead generation and web analytics.
Provides a more details breakdown of visits, by page, duration and previous history. The reporting allows for a more clearer view of visit history, allowing our consultants to build a more complete picture of buyer behaviour
While we looked at ZoomInfo, we never actually used it because it didn’t appear to provide the level of website visitor insight we were looking for. We currently use HubSpot for tracking website visits, but Lead Forensics stacks up a thousand times better when it comes to …
This was a customer decision (we are a marketing agency), but Lead Forensics stacks up well against the competitors. As an agency, we like more data, but for what the sales team needed in Lead analysis from the website, this is a powerful tool.

the personal support is great. Jaleesa is really sharp
I have found Lead Forensics to be user-friendly and intuitive. The data is great.

Lead Forensics was the only platform we evaluated that offered the ability to search for contacts by specific departments—a key factor in our decision to move forward with it.
I had previous experience of the product so the selection process was more about integration with our new CRM and the ability to be able to set up quickly and the onboarding team were fantastic
I am giving it a 9 rating out of 10 because it has saved my job and helped my team to cracks very big deals. Last year, we were supposed to give a presentation to a client as we were about to sign him for a project. The client asked for our numbers in a real meeting, but we hadn't prepared them for our presentation. I logged in to HubSpot CRM and created a small report that included the relevant numbers. This turned out to be a very good decision for our company, as we subsequently signed that client.
Lead Forensics has helped the team monitor and track high intent prospects, and reference their buying behaviour against conversations. Lead Forensics may struggle to deliver meaningful lead volume in our ICP. In this case, the outbound team could be chasing companies that aren’t aligned with [...]'s core offering or aren’t showing genuine buying intent.
Timeline view and conversation log is extremely helpful and an underrated feature; this is in addition to the entire user profile view.
Task management is simple but effective.
Deal and company tracking with stakeholder management inside companies / deals is very handy; we know what is happening even though we might not be directly working on it.
Gmail integration is quite smooth along with email tracking.
Lead Forensics helps us see which companies are visiting our site, even if they don’t fill out a form. This gives us a chance to reach out to businesses that are already showing interest but might not have contacted us yet.
Instead of cold-calling random prospects, we can see which pages a company has viewed and how often they return. This helps us tailor our conversations based on what they’re actually interested in.
The Lead Forensics support team has been great whenever we’ve had questions. They’re quick to respond and always ready to help, whether it’s troubleshooting an issue or offering advice on how to get the most out of the platform.
More of an integration issue I think than a problem with HubSpot CRM, but we have AirCall integrated for direct phone lines and synching with individual users for outbound calls. Opening Aircall to make an outbound call automatically generates a new client - unattached to a company record as an orphan.
Historical records with activities is awesome but when creating a deal it isn't always a choice to capture last 30 days of history. When it is an option and you click to add that to a deal you can see all the activity items and people who have done anything with the "file".
I would like to see more native options for automation.
Better updates on companies' current names. Often if a company was a different company years ago it still says the old company name which is confusing.
Better identifying the correct location. Sometimes it seems like that the location coming up is the wrong location.
Giving a better understanding of how they got to the website would help too. Often is says "direct" but I would like to know if it was via a link from an email or what
Thus far, our company has found HubSpot CRM to be a reliable service that serves its purpose well: a centralized business contacts database, accessible remotely, with a simple and visually-pleasing interface. Issues are non-existent or resolved quickly, and when the service is experiencing interruptions, notifications and/or updates are sent regularly.
I am giving it this rating because it has helped us keep track of leads, it saved us a lot of time by automating tasks, and it makes it easy for different teams to work together. It is user-friendly and has improved our approach to communicating with customers and closing deals.
I give it an 8 because with just 15–30 minutes a day, I can uncover valuable activity that leads to real revenue. It’s simple to use, and the insights help me prioritize outreach effectively. That small daily investment consistently turns into meaningful follow-ups, upsells, and new opportunities, making it a strong contributor to my sales results.
Because when I needed help HubSpot responded immediately and provided me with the information I needed which enabled me to realize that HubSpot was even more customizable and easier to use than I thought! And I already thought HubSpot was very user friendly and easy to use, and then Support showed me how to manipulate the settings, columns and the appearance of the tool.
[Their] support is great, [whether] you call or send in an email. They are always friendly and willing to help. Anytime I can’t figure something out and need to reach out, I always get a response back quick[ly] - and they will always offer to go in and make the change, but I like when they show me so I can do it next time.
If you've had any prior experience with cloud based marketing automation or group communication tools, you can do the implementation without paid outside support. Though getting to a SLA (service level agreement) would be best achieved with the help of a third party who can facilitate
We've been using Hubspot for years and don't foresee making any changes away from it. It has been fully integrated into how our business operates. We ultimately selected HubSpot CRM because it had all the features and functions that our marketing, sales, and operations teams wanted. And it offered those features and functions at the right price point for our organization.
I personally use sales intel in tandem with Lead Forensics. They provide different set of data. Lead Forensics is a great tool for helping open up to new markets that you might not have realized existed. It’s an excellent tool for anyone in any facet of sales, worth the money all day long.
We are still in the very early stages of using Lead Forensics for our agency, but I can see that it could already be very useful to us as we haven't had insights like this previously.
Our very first use case with Lead Forensics was with a brand-new client and I would say it went exceptionally well. We were running a large media campaign for them, and it was very insightful to see how those specific businesses were getting to the site and what page they were going to. Like mentioned previously, this helped their very small sales team to go after businesses they know were interested in them.
