Jotform vs. Kronos Workforce Dimensions / UKG Dimensions (discontinued)

We use it for mostly community surveys and I absolutely prefer it over any other survey program out there. It is easy to create, easy to understand and easy to navigate. I love the QR code option it creates for you to share your form/ survey with others. It really is the best out there!

UKG Dimensions will work well with a company size of [fewer] than 10,000 employees. Once you hit over 10K, you start to notice that batch jobs will time out, clocks will perform slower or become unresponsive requiring manual restarts and the employee demographic will take hours to complete. Will the vendor has on their roadmap to increase the performance of the product, it is not at that point.

• rule analysis- the rule analysis in this product is much cleaner and easy to follow compared to WFC
• The level of granularity on FAPs is very helpful for configuring access compared to other platforms
• UI is very easy to follow and intuitive

• The price is too high for casual users like myself
• The automation took some time to figure out (that's understandable)
• Making the forms look uniform took a lot of time to setup
• Some parts like the approval emails, notification emails can be confusing

• You got to have a solution for employees with multiple jobs
• Need to allow customers to easily access your integration technology
• Your business structure is too restrictive and making the application far less flexible
• Your professional service team needs a lot of improvement, especially in the execution part
• Need to have a proven and working interface for business structure automation.

As a seasoned user who relies on seamless online forms for a multitude of purposes, I can confidently attest that JotForm has not only simplified the form creation process but has also elevated it to new heights.JotForm's interface is a masterpiece of intuitive design. UKG Dimensions is very user-friendly from an employee and supervisor standpoint. It is very robust on an admin level and can get complicated; however, you can do so many things with it that is outweighs the complexity. The security for UKG Dimensions needs to be revamped however. It is very cumbersome and not user-friendly.

I honestly have not used the support feature with Jotform. From what I can see when I look information up, everything I want to do something that I can't figure out myself it seems to not be a possible solution or edit that Jotform is currently capable of.

• Kronos Workforce Dimensions a new product, and it has a lot of scope for improvement, with future releases. One of the best tools to perform time tracking.
• Their support team is very knowledgeable, and their SLA's are pretty tight. Any query raised would be addressed in a few hours.
• Timeclock configuration can be complicated; however, their support team knows the processes and guidelines.

Typeform is better hands down [in my opinion]. It's not even a comparison as [I feel] JotForm doesn't work properly and [from my experience I think] their support is very problematic. I would suggest using Typeform or using GravityForms as an alternative to JotForm. Whatever you do, [I feel you shouldn't] depend on JotForm for something that is important to your business or research project.

UKG Dimensions provides an enterprise-wide integrated suite for timekeeping, staff scheduling, and clocks. We were an existing Workforce Central customer for timekeeping only and were interested in providing holistic experience between staff scheduling and timekeeping. In addition, [UKG] Dimensions established a great foundation for transitioning our organization from departmental focused scheduling solutions to enterprise.

• It saved me time. Within minutes I was able to create and share forms to collect demographic data.
• While struggling to use another software, I thought of Jotform and it was able to assist me with collating the data I had to confirm results previously obtained.
• I could not easily identify what new information was provided in a resubmission by a respondent.

• It is neutral. We enjoy having somewhat of a seamless system between HR, PR, and timekeeping.
• When a person uses the Reset Password link, the system sends the user an email with a link to set their password. Then when the person logs in with their new password, the system forces the user to change their password a second time. This second password change is unnecessary and creates confusion.
