Managing pipeline and candidate communication is easy through lever. Keeping it all in one place allows the hiring teams to be in the loop real-time. The reporting is clunky and basic, however, and without a 3rd party tool, sourcing from the lever database is difficult. Also, it is very easy to have duplicate candidates since the alerts Lever gives are often incorrect

- Is fairly lively, not too much lag between screens even though it is looking through a lot of data.

If your organization is rapidly growing it can be easy to outgrow a platform like Workable. It all really depends on what your company goals and objectives are for the year / near future. Workable is great for small businesses with a few job openings but as your organization grows you need a tool that can grow with you. Lever can keep up with your needs and their support team is very helpful.

Reduction of the number of paper applications and CVs sent by email, centralized all the candidates’ information in one place. The things we value the most are candidate comparison, the comment section on the candidate profile, email templates and bulk emailing option, personal interview scheduling, and job multiposting. We would not change this tool to go back to our previous provider.
