When compared to the Pega, OutSystems is having faster Development and Frontend UI that impressive to the client to develop a full fledged enterprise level application within a short period of time and with limited resources
OutSystems is a tool that we developers use to develop an application that is a service studio. We don't need to download any other tool to create our application. Service studio provides all the functionalities related to front end things just like react native provide, and …
Totally different products of cource. Sitecore is best suited for full fledged websites with extensive support for analytics. OutSystems for modular business processes with a UI. Hence, there is no overlap. But even for small websites, or even landingpages, I would recommend …
Where Mendix looks nice, but mobile application have runtime interpreters, it makes maintaining multiple application and managing them very hard. Thinkwise is a nice ERP platform, but cannot be compared to OutSystems because they are miles apart. The developer experience is a …
Mendix or custom SW development are a couple of examples where you could typically think that OutSystems can meet your requirements. However, the "view and do" approach of this type of tool helps the user to think about the process and not only about the technology. The focus …
Although I haven't tried much of other low-code platforms, what I know, what I read, what they share with me ... there is currently no better platform than OutSystems in the low code market. And the tendency is for OutSystems to be increasingly disruptive.
OutSystems had many more possibilities and a good user community. The stability, reliability, and performance of the tool were much higher compared to any other RAD platforms.
We had a very comprehensive comparison between mendix and OutSystems. We had multiple demonstrations of the platform and we had them both build a mockup or dummy application within a day at our office. After those meetings it was a pretty easy pick between the both of them. It …
We did two analyses of a POC of a week, comparing OutSystems and Mendix. From our point of view, OutSystems was a better fit for bigger enterprises, and IT can still keep an eye on a possible wide growth of new applications and solutions. After this POC, we also had a look at …
I was not involved in the process to start using OutSystems in our company. But as far as I know this is our first application for low-code development.
The vision and strategy of OutSystems (developer oriented) fits our company. Also the technology stack and scalabilty options outperform the competition. We have now also learned that the platform keeps developing, releasing new relevant features frequently. Another advantage …
Oracle Apex holds its own when it comes to reporting tools and direct database integrations however in all other areas I wouldn't hesitate to recommend OutSystems.
The only one reason why I chose you automation on top of other automation tools because of its seamless support with.net, which actually makes it very development friendly from the point of the developer who is coming with the .net background.
The tool' interface is simple and clean, so with some exploration within the tool, it will provide the usability that was intended. Other tools can also do the same, but the interface that is clear, simple, and easy to use is the main key to why I chose this tool, and it has …
Ease of use: UiPath Automation Platform has a drag-and-drop interface that makes it easy to create and manage automation workflows. It also has a large community of developers who have created pre-built automation components that can be easily integrated into workflows. …
Robocorp is also a robotic process automation tool but employees need to know python language to work in Robocorp. Where as in UiPath the user need not to know any coding languages deeply, only needs some basic logical knowledge. Also UiPath's drag and drop functionality make …
UiPath was chosen by [my] organization because of its cost effectiveness, security, trading market feature, and services. UiPath is truly market leader. It's like, happy customer and happy service. Anyone [that] wants [to] start learning UiPath [should] first go for the academy …
Had a pre-existing relationship with UiPath so they were the obvious 1st choice Reviews on internal/ operational efficiencies also were greater in the case of UiPath AI/ ML, NLP were the final reasons why we went ahead with UiPath
UiPath has become a right and solid choice for automation in our organization because of being feature-rich and it provides the workflow of automation and improved productivity. It can extract texts from documents, process images, excel automation, web automation, etc is easily …
As compared to other RPA Tool or solutions, UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform is very easy to use. As it has all the redefined activities like click, double click, open browser etc. which will help us to quickly automate the process and also move the process to the next level for …
In today's competitive era, which thrives on having more innovative RPA platforms, there is no shortage of options when trying to choose an RPA tool. When compared with automation anywhere, UiPath Studio has the upper hand, as it has more pre-built AI and ML capabilities and …
I have worked in many companies as an RPA developer and always with UiPath. At first, UiPath was not the leader, it competed mainly with BluePrism or others such as Automation Anywhere. Many of the companies which worked with BluePrism already has migrated to UiPath. It is the …
It has an easy to use interface that allows business users to create their own flows and run their own flows. Managing the flow is easier. Maintaining the flow has become easier after the recent release with cloud. The licensing has been simplified after the cloud option of …
Easy to use because it is drag and drop platform. If you have only a basic understanding of any programming language then it is very simple to use. UiPath works on back end and front end both. No need of a technical background. Recording is most important thing in UiPath.
We performed extensive research prior to the selection of UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform. We compared several leading tools according to pre-selected criteria such as ease of use, ROI, cost to implement, Infrastructure requirements, etc. UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform has …
Uipath is better at PDF reading and string manipulation over Blue Prism. However, debugging of codes and implementation is easier in Blue Prism. Both have the same academy to study the tool. But UiPath offers a wide variety of search results when you need help. UiPath is also …
UiPath supports low code/ No code that is useful in easily making process automation. UiPath robots are also quite more robust and reliable in terms of performance and provide better output in less time as compared to others. Not only this, UiPath has a widespread community …
In my opinion, UiPath is leading the market in RPAs by making it a fairly easy and simple to use platform. Workfusion, on the other hand, is more complex; Blue Prism is not up to date with the market. Also, getting trained in UiPath is fairly easy when compared to other tools.
I chose to use Uipath Enterprise RPA Paltform primarily because it is the current market leader in the RPA field. I also like UiPath because of the level of development speed, flexibility and scalability it provides that is unrivalled by other RPA tools, which are only now …
UiPath has a flow-diagram-based code editor, which makes it easier for a developer to debug the code. The Drag and Drop Feature of UiPath helps in reducing dependency to memorize the code syntax. Citrix Automation Capabilities in UiPath is much better compared to other tools …
OutSystems excels with building web interfaces fast and lends itself to custom integrations written in .Net. Most anything can be brought in given this ability to be extended. One of the drawbacks to the speed of development is that most quality control teams become quickly overwhelmed and may be unable to keep up.
UiPath Enterprise RPA is one of the most advanced robotic automation solution in the market and has capabilities lot more than a regular AI tool as it also take care of your unattended data and workflows equally efficient. This can be a very appropriate and useful tool for the organizations who have to go through management of set workflows and data in their routine business needs.
Deployment management – OutSystems has a built in robust, multi-environment deployment system that helps ensures the clean and error free deployment of applications through the development, testing and production product lifecycle
Rapid application development – Through the low code, graphical development environment you can develop applications far quicker than with more traditional development environments
Cross platform mobile development – OutSystems handle the development and building of mobile application for both iOS and Android in a simple streamlined way that removes 90% of the problems normally associated with multi platform development
UiPath is actually easy to learn, the training material is effective and to the point. UiPath certainly has the capabilities to automate manual repetitive tasks that involve any platform, with a stronger preference for websites.
There is room from improvement when dealing with Excel automation, but the solution is to create Excel macros and have the robot to call it, making it a great team solution.
The platform controls all the parts. While great for development and overall maintenance, it could lead to discussions with your DBA (who has to trust the platform). As a developer I love the platform, as a DBA I would like more control.
By making software development model driven using flows, you are forced to rethink the way of programming. It makes it easier, but sometimes the way of working leads to code which could be optimized (standard problem in model based software development).
Most of the code is generated, so the technical knowledge of the inner working of coding are not Essentials. This could lead to degration of this knowlegde. As part of this, most technologies will only be used when OutSystems supports it. They do a good job on implementing these things. But things like Node.js would be nice.
We are very happy with OutSystems and our developers deliver good work. OutSystems lets us build new software on a regulare (2 weekly) basis, which is highly flexible and adjustable. Even without very much experience, our developers manage to build usefull software, which is working a lot better than our previous (legacy) software.
This platform has so much potential and have been garnering a lot of attention by proving benefits in terms of saving operational and manpower costs. I am sure with minute efforts we were able to achieve our ROI and the same is the case with many of our customers whom we have been working around Digital Automation initiatives.
OutSystems has a feature in which we can develop a functionality in a application and can use that functionality in another application without developing it again. That is main plus point for the development team so they can work with different functionalities rather focusing on the same thing again and again. if we want to make any change on the user side then we can make it live with just the deployment using the service center.
There are two main reasons with this rating 1. UiPath Automation Platform requires the old school type of Change Weather management, Which actually eats a lot of time to manage and roll out the recent changes. There is not something kind of CI/CD when you are developing the things With UiPath Automation Platform. 2. Very high development and maintenance cost, which actually decrease its usability.
The tech support is very reachable. Usually by [email] from but also by phone if needed. We had some difficulties at the start with understanding "what our machine was doing" under high performance load. After some good sessions understanding our needs they delivered good solutions for our problems we had in the beginning.
UiPath RPA has an exceptional studio interface. It has been a year and so since I am using UiPath RPA. Whether it is some my personal task to scrape information & links from the Journal or find a specific character string from multiple PDF collection using OCR, UiPath RPA has made its roots to our technological ecosystem
The online training material is well designed and explanations are step by step, helping trainees to understand and follow each exercise and new concept.
Video material supported by text. The training has evolved a lot in the past 3 years to become more attractive. Specific training tracks exist for the different roles in RPA development, where everyone is expected to learn basic development.
In a large company, patiently and consistently work the behind the scenes politics with business and IT partners across the firm. This is transformational - you will need a solid set of key business partners to lock arms together to move forward.
Totally different products of cource. Sitecore is best suited for full fledged websites with extensive support for analytics. OutSystems for modular business processes with a UI. Hence, there is no overlap. But even for small websites, or even landingpages, I would recommend OutSystems, with a custom made analytics part or a plugin.
Ease of use: UiPath Automation Platform has a drag-and-drop interface that makes it easy to create and manage automation workflows. It also has a large community of developers who have created pre-built automation components that can be easily integrated into workflows. EdgeVerve AssistEdge, on the other hand, has a more complex interface that may require additional training. Scalability: UiPath Automation Platform is highly scalable, which means it can handle large volumes of data and processes. EdgeVerve AssistEdge is also scalable, but may not be as robust as UiPath Automation Platform.
The ease of use of the OutSystems development process has been the biggest ROI for us. We have developed our Framework product and maintained/enhanced it with only 4 workers.
OutSystems has enhanced their product very significantly over the last 4 years. They have gone from a simple to use tool to a very simple to use sophisticated tool that covers the standard mainframe-based computing apps and the apps used on handheld mobile devices all using the same basic set of development tools.
One of the fully automated processes required 10 minutes of work by a consultant for each ticket. This means that after 8 hours of uninterrupted work (but no one can work continuously for 8 hours) the consultant would have closed 48 tickets. The robot for the same process takes 30 seconds, so in 8 hours it works 960 tickets.
A robot can work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
The UiPath platform is composed of a server part called Orchestrator that provides all the tools to efficiently schedule the robots.
