It's crucial for every recruiting team to measure KPIs and performance metrics, and Recruit CRM makes reporting more detailed than ever. You can generate the following reports using the ATS + CRM: Team performance. Candidate lifecycle.A recruiting tech stack is a collection of …
We evaluated about 3-5 different vendors. The low barrier to entry made it an easy target to test out. Forcing an upfront annual fee was not in our interest without extensively testing the product. We also had a very basic requirement - an easy way to intake a large number …
Recruit CRM has a better workflow and is easier to use than AkkenCloud. Akkencloud is more suited for Temp Agency. Bullhorn in my opinion is too complex and more suited for larger organizations. Recruit CRM in my opinion is the best ATS on the market and the Customer service …
We use several different systems among all of our clients. We used Zoho Recruit ourselves for many years. We have found RCRM to be MUCH more user friendly and customizable. I can't speak on the customer service for the other systems, but Zoho customer service was awful. …
I have not used very many other options, but we were drawn to this software because it was very visual and intuitive and would definitely reduce training time.
ZipRecruiter is the poorest of these other tools in my experience. I chose ZipRecruiter to add more recruiting sources because there tend to be a lot of candidates that come through. However, the product is less effective and efficient to use than other products from an …
ZipRecruiter is on top compared to this product. The information is clearer and more in depth. The entire process is smoother and faster and more at ease with ZipRecruiter.
Indeed, gets better quality and more targets applicants. However, it is much more expensive which is a factor to consider. I tend to use it more for targets and hard to fill rolls. Indeed is also not as user friendly as ZipRecruiter. Posting positions is harder and the …
LinkedIn and Indeed.com have free options which I think helps them considerably. We are able to see many more applicants on Indeed.com because of the option for a free job posting. LinkedIn doesn't offer much and we have not seen anything positive from its use.
Indeed is our number 1 platform that helps us fill the most jobs. We have a high success rate with them. It is one of the biggest money makers for our recruiters in our company. If we had to end a contract with any of our platforms Indeed would be the last on the list to go.
I know it's strange for me to say that Reddit stacks up against ZipRecruiter. I feel this way because reddit offers a more relaxed and simple atmosphere. People simply talk and socialize. There's no pressure to be professional, so talking to a bigger bulk of people in a shorter …
I selected ZipRecruiter because its as competent as the others. Its a great platform for seeking jobs and hiring. It’s user friendly interface makes it easier to use. And it provides good built in features on the web as well as mobile app
ZipRecruiter is much more able to support a busy executive trying to fill a position. The candidates are well-screened, and it is easy to communicate with them throughout the hiring process due to the ZipRecruiter tools.
It is a great tool to utilize for hiring qualified candidates to enhance your staff. You don't have to worry about wading through the mountains of unqualified applications like other employment services. It was a very easy set up from start to finish. Would recommend to other …
ZipRecruiter is easy to use, finds candidates fast, and shares job posts widely. It helps hire quickly and saves time. We chose it because it’s affordable and simple.
ZipRecruiter falls after LinkedIn and Indeed. I think their candidate quality, filtering, and overall ease of use are better than recruiters' platforms.
For most tasks I prefer Zip. I find that the inventory is very well rounded and I will get applicants on most skill sets in most locations. I also appreciate that the applicants generally are a match for the role, where other sites there can be a lot of "junk" profiles that …
I haven't chosen ZipRecruiter over the other products I use. I use them together to bring in as many applicants as possible. ZipRecruiter is priced well and provides support for multiple areas of business.
It is better than the more expensive tools like Dice and Ladders. Indeed does offer the option to post nationwide as with ZipRecruiter you have to have a city state to post in and only mark the job remote.
ZipRecruiter is a very good platform other than any other platform , we can use and search many profiles in this platform, it gives only quality resume and gives genunine candidate with proper experience , it is a very good platform in Recruiting field and gives many benefits …
Recruit CRM is would make a great choice if you are looking for a CRM/ATS partner. Their training and support make it impossible to not have the tools necessary for success from the first sign-on. They continue to improve their product by soliciting direct feedback and suggested features from users. Their customer support is live 24-7 and the response time for any questions or issues is outstanding which is critical for a company with employees in different time zones or one without on-site technical support.
Its geo targeting and search features made it easy to source people from specific sites and places, also it post the jobs to various platforms at the same time. AI should be more advanced so that we can get some high position profiles because it does not work as good on the high end roles as compared to the low end roles.
ZipRecruiter by far is the most comprehensive recruitment platform I have used. I have tried many other recruitment platforms and none were as comprehensive as ZipRecruiter. The hands-on assistance by the ZR staff was to notch. When we have an urgent need or just want to keep interest in employment at our campus, we turn to ZipRecruiter.
There is always room for improvement and I believe RCRM is a great system that is adapting to what it's users want and need. The system suits our needs and is a huge improvement from our previous system. I can't say enough good things about the customer service. They have great follow up and always get back to me within the same day. If there is ever an unknown, there is a timeline given for follow up and a promise to get it resolved. They always come through. It's important to have a team behind your software that listens and adapts.
ZipRecruiter is very user-friendly and is extremely reliable when searching for new talent. There are numerous features to help you when you have questions about a posting or your profile. The filtering process is awesome and you have so many ways to find the right talent with the screening questions provided by ZipRecruiter.
Again, the customer service team is awesome. They always respond in the same day and have resolved any issue I have ever had. They have made improvements to the system on a weekly basis, always improving for their users. There is a forum where you can leave your feature suggestions and vote on ones left by other users. The reps will jump on a call or screen share with you if you need to be walked through anything. They go above and beyond.
Have not had to utilize support recently, but in past instances they have reached out within 12 hours to help rectify any problems or answer any questions about features and functionality. The only issue I ever had with them was trying to clarify, when they previously advertised that they posted on 200+ job boards, if that meant that your job would for sure be posted on each job board. Turns out, by the way, that they only guarantee distribution, not posting
It's crucial for every recruiting team to measure KPIs and performance metrics, and Recruit CRM makes reporting more detailed than ever. You can generate the following reports using the ATS + CRM: Team performance. Candidate lifecycle.A recruiting tech stack is a collection of different tools that staffing firms and recruitment agencies use to find and engage candidates and clients. Connecting these tools, or "stacking" them together is called building a recruitment tech stack.
ZipRecruiter is inferior when it comes to comparing it to Indeed. I use both because I want more platforms to advertise my job. However, I find myself obtaining more applicants from Indeed over ZipRecruiter. I don't count ZipRecruiter out, though, because every once in a while, you can find a gem in a haystack.
Definitely reduced the time locate, interview and to hire, if we are looking desperately for applicants, I will do the "boost" method, for a short span, being mindful of the expense of this added effort. I hate to admit this, but ZipRecruiter has bailed us out when we were not receiving any or the type interest we needed on the freebie sites for critical vacant positions we had at our lodges, restaurants and golf courses.
