RecruitBPM vs. Visibility Software Cyber Recruiter

RecruitBPM is ideal to increase the speed to hire when hiring at volume due to built-in automation. Additionally, we needed remote/video interviews and we do not want to pay for video interviews since RecruitBPM has built-in video interviewing.

Recruiting new personnel is always a challenge, since making the right decision is not always an easy task, but with Cyber Recruiter the process is easier since it has an ideal, intuitive platform with great customization power to acquire the right person. In addition, this system has effective automation to reduce human errors.

• I like that the RecruitBPM is simple straight to the point and very easy to navigate through.
• Collaboration between internal team members has been made so much easier by this software - no more delays as everything is in real time.
• I think it is a wonderful tool for a start-up company to manage its recruitment program

• The good thing about Cyber Recruiter is that it has a good database, plus I can get back in touch with applicants I've talked to before.
• Cyber Recruiter takes care of the selection process from start to finish, this function allows us to trust that the choice will be the right one.
• Anyone who wants to apply can do so quickly.

• Too many features does get overwhelming initially, would be good to have modules divided for specific features
• We needed several demos to understand how to use it

• One thing that would be really helpful is for Cyber to accept .pdf formats of resumes. Many candidates now have their resume as a pdf, not word, and it is a shame that I have to copy and paste their resume into their system, which ruins the candidates' formatted resume. If anything that is the big thing that could use a change: Cyber should accept both word docs and .pdfs
• Sometimes Cyber gets a bit slow when I try saving a note, or send an email through Cyber. It is not often, and it does eventually go through in the end. I did check to see if it was the internet but everything else was running just fine, so I know it is Cyber when it happens. It gets stressful at times when you have a bunch of things to do in the day through Cyber, and it is acting very slow.

It is a product that we will not stop using, since we cannot go back to the past and carry out the selection processes of new personnel manually, with Visibility Software Cyber Recruiter it is an automatic process that generates results in a short time.

Easy of you and fast learning experience. Usability and a minimal number of clicks were one of the key factors for us. Having built-in workflows, custom user access, and automation was a deal maker for us.

It is a software that is integrated into our marketing department, and although it is frequently used in the Human Resources department, we also use it, since we work together to choose the most qualified personnel, it is a simple and really intuitive system to use. .

More hands-on approach and they provided us unlimited 1:1 online training whenever asked. I do not like vendors who offer you only a few free sessions. where they got our attention the most was when they were able to customize their product to our unique needs for certain areas like agency resumes, certification tracking, and expense management.

We've used cBiz (and a few of the big time platforms) in the past, but we haven't found anything that compares on the cost-benefit side of things. There really is minimal cost with RecruitBPM, and it does everything that we need it to do

Our decision came down to ease of use, the software offered a lot of neat features we were searching for and was user friendly

• We gained more productivity
• We have able to secure more candidates using AI Matching in RecruitBPM
• We have saved money as we are not paying 100 per user

• Although Cyber Recruiter is said to be expensive software in the Human Resources department, there is no denying that good profits have been made by acquiring new staff. It is a very scalable software with advantages that are made known to us day by day, the system improves our workflow and increases correct decision-making.
