I don't know where the edges of our account are: I keep hitting pay walls, finding out something is quite expensive to add, and then deciding that the ROI just isn't worth the price tag. … Pricing structures/transparency: I have no idea what's an add on/what comes with our previously purchased service until I hit a pay wall.

is ON24 still worth it's value/pricing. … The integration it pretty complex and not that out of the box Pricing, they have a lot of cool features that for instance would really help with webinar but they come at a price which I often do not...

The cost of ON24's service requires that there be an ROI that meets or exceeds the cost. … Unfortunately, HR Options was not able to produce the ROI we needed through our webinars to make it cost effective to continue with our program.

Any Meeting is our new platform and its too early to give them a full review, but the cost is roughly $200 per month as opposed to ON24 which was 10x that.

The package you buy, ask questions if there are for example hundreds of fields of data that can be integrated or are there just a few and the rest needs to be done manually, or you will need to buy...

Ideally we would like to split our ON24 into two instances for marketing and CS but again that is expensive and for the size of the team at present I cannot justify that cost. … It is also significantly less expensive than ON24 and appears to offer much of the same functionality.
