Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is being used across the whole organization. It is our main webinar platform for prospect and customer-facing webinars. Webinars are one of our main lead generation tools so ON24 is very important to our business.

  • Extra cost for dial-in numbers can be cost prohibitive
  • There is an up-charge for large webinars - which can be expensive
We integrate ON24 with Pardot, but it is done through a third-party app (Scribe). It passes all relevant information but setup needs to be done with an ON24 rep. The reps are knowledge and professional in my experience.

There are options to integrate directly through a landing page but we haven't explore those.

ON24 is well suited for lead generation webinars. This is because ON24 offers advanced analytics, engagement scores, and a suite of tools to keep attendees engaged during and after the webinar.

ON24 isn't well suited for webinars that require a dial-in, because this option is only available for a price.
