Huge ROI on figuring out best price points to charge great return on what button colors/words convert best we have promoted optimizely to so many clients, and their response is always about how... … The price is very expensive.

Optimizely did provide some cost savings with regard to agency expenses and once the ROI began to increase the service cost was less of a concern. … My biggest con is that the service is much more expensive than its competitors.

It's worth the cost increase to go with experience. … That being said, contracting and fully utilizing Optimizely Web Experimentation's suite of features, professional services, and more may be cost prohibitive for smaller companies.

I had to negotiate (internally) to get the budget for the expanded contract to the higher tier with more impressions, so I'm not sure whether I'll be able to talk my way into a mid-year budget review...
