I was not involved in optimizely, nor did we implement it outside a free trial I believe, but VWO seemed to do generally the same things with a lower cost, though I could be mistaken.

I have... … being able to funnel from delivery/pickup, delivery address form, to payment type, payment form, and submit, it has been difficult.

We tried to establish ROI but so far the results have been neutral Investment has been quite minimal in terms of platform cost, but quite substantial in terms of staff time spent trying to learn how... … I have used this in the initial trial phase when the feature was available for free but not after this as we reverted to a lower level package.

For bigger clients with higher revenue, VWO delivers good ROI For the smaller clients with smaller revenue streams who use VWO because of brand familiarity, the cost of the tool may put a big dent in... … It's a little on the expensive side so it might not deliver the desired ROI for smaller clients and can also encourage the small clients to run small, insignificant A/B tests without much checking.

While we certainly get value out of it, huge returns from A/B testing that is, it's not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. … GA is free but comes with a high operational cost and learning curve.
