Leveraging the behavioral science and job competency modeling of SkillSurvey’s HR technology, SkillSurvey Career Readiness offers a consistent method to obtain feedback from supervisors and coworkers following work-related experiences using behaviors mapped, in partnership with the National Association of Colleges and Employers, to the eight NACE competencies.

SkillSurvey Career Readiness leverages the eight competencies defined by The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), through a task force of college career services and employers. The solution helps identify strengths and improvement opportunities through evaluator comments and individual behavioral ratings tied to the 8 NACE competencies, allowing students to see how their own self-perception compares in each competency area.
