What is TeamBridge?

TeamBridge (formerly Zira) is an employee management suite designed for businesses that rely on their workforces. It is designed so managers and employees can get going without training, and aims to make scheduling a thing of the past. With it, the vendor states users can automatically create schedules, and that additionally it monitors for compliance, overtime, and employee availability in real-time to help perfect schedules. When ready, publish the schedule and it is delivered to staff via its Employee app, or through SMS or email.

TeamBridge's scheduling assistant is designed to enable managers to find savings on labor without reducing hours or disappointing employees.

The AI feature automatically makes the best schedule for everyone, taking into account preferences and restrictions.

Automations: Zira's automations have been a game-changer for many users as they enable managers to enforce policies that used to take up a lot of their time during the week. These automations help businesses operate more effectively, manage costs better and save time. Shift reminders and notifications for late clock-ins and no-shows have saved businesses time and money while also improving accountability.
