What is TeamBridge?

TeamBridge (formerly Zira) is an employee management suite designed for businesses that rely on their workforces. It is designed so managers and employees can get going without training, and aims to make scheduling a thing of the past. With it, the vendor states users can automatically create schedules, and that additionally it monitors for compliance, overtime, and employee availability in real-time to help perfect schedules. When ready, publish the schedule and it is delivered to staff via its Employee app, or through SMS or email.

TeamBridge's scheduling assistant is designed to enable managers to find savings on labor without reducing hours or disappointing employees.
