Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I run ABM at LaunchDarkly so I use 6sense to inform our marketing content, gather intel on accounts of interest, and track segments. We're looking at getting more into conversational email and the advertising platform.

Pros and Cons

Pros

The integration with Salesforce is excellent
The dashboards provide great overall views and at-a-glance insights
Conversational email is an extremely powerful tool

Cons

Creating segments is a little challenging
keeping our instance "tidy" with keywords is a bit cumbersome
Enablement... getting new users onboarded and getting the full value

I think proper 6sense adoption requires a top down approach where leaders in marketing and revenue can jointly agree that 6sense is a "must have" tool. A bottom up approach just isn't feasible since 6sense is reliant on heavy operations bandwidth.
