Overall Satisfaction

  • It helps us generate leads and help nurture them so we can help better qualify them for sales whether that be through monitoring lead scores or education through email campaigns.
  • The inability to create real custom forms is a bit troublesome and could be improved.
  • Ability to capture how many of our leads are turning into sales and putting a dollar value to sources we use.
The customer service is great and its working for us now. The only reason we wouldn't renew is if it won't be able to integrate with our CRM well.
Keep in contact with your customer success account manager they are extremely helpful and really want to make sure you succeed.

Marketo and Hubspot. Act-On gave a trial and excellent customer support with the help from our success manager of our account.

Implementation

Make sure you have a flow chart of how you want your campaigns or processes to run that will speed up the development and implementation process.

Help support documents weren't as easy to find when we first started but have gotten better.
Yes for the most part.

Support

It's great but there is always room for improvement

Usability

Its fairly easy to use, just is limited on flexibility but in a small marketing department its perfect.

Reliability

It took a while to transition as we had to recreate campaigns and learn the system
Sometimes the server loading speed is a little slow but most often runs fine and if it doesn't their tech support is quick to respond

Integration

  • Yes
No unfortunately our CRM isn't widely used so we're hoping to use their API.

Vendor Relationship

We were able to negotiate a great reasonable price as we were transitioning from Marketo.
