Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We were looking for, at least, an adequate alternative to Hubspot that was affordable with similar functionality. What we found with ActiveCampaign was more than adequate. We love that integrations are simple; workflows, drip campaigns, CRM, customer scoring, and segmentation are all very intuitive. Whenever we don't know how to do something, the ActiveCampaign video tutorials and "University" are tremendously helpful.

- Providing an all-around marketing/sales solution for a reasonable price
- Integrations
- The UI design, look/feel seems a little outdated
- not yet applicable.
