I use ActiveCampaign for my company emails. I also support others in using and recommend it to people who want to send highly segmented emails and use it as a CRM.

The automation I've set up for other clients have resulted in more personalized connections with clients
The deals feature can be used as a CRM to get a big picture of where people are in the customer journey

Kajabi doesn't allow you to see which links people click on if you have multiple links in your email and the reports are generally less detailed. It's also a lot harder and sometimes impossible to create segments and complex automations in Kajabi. Mailchimp is not as easy to use and doesn't have as robust features.

Really great for people doing advanced automation and who has time to truly learn how to use it most effectively OR who have a team member who is proficient and can handle it for them. Not necessary for people who are just sending weekly emails and don't care about segmentation, because it is a little more complicated to get a hang of than other ESPs.
