Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I'm a podcast host and content creator. All of my email broadcasts for the podcast are sent through ActiveCampaign, as well as my onboarding sequences. It's mostly being used for marketing purposes and helps me engage with my customers on a consistent basis so I'm always top of mind.
- Automation with advanced segmentation.
- Broadcasting with intuitive split testing and reports.
- I've always had a great experience with their support team.
- I want to be able to split test subject lines in automation. You can split and send by copying two emails and changing the subject, but it should be as intuitive as the way you can split test subject lines in a broadcast email.
- Maybe a way to screen potential spam emails.
- Better explanation of how to avoid spam filters when your email gets flagged. The descriptors on the broadcast saying you might trigger spam doesn't really help you to avoid it.
- In the last company I worked at, we consistently ran $50K launches via ActiveCampaign.
- We were able to launch a free book funnel using ActiveCampaign.
- We also launched a membership using ActiveCampaign that went on for about a year.
AWeber is way too limiting. ConvertKit wasn't as intuitive and also very limiting. Mailchimp was ultra basic. ActiveCampaign was easy to figure out, enough to keep simple but have the ability to add more complexity. I'd say anyone should use ActiveCampaign. From what I've seen, most features provided by other companies don't really help that much.
