ActiveCampaign is being used across our business, we have a shop, dog training company, doggy daycare & dog walking services. It helps us to engage with all our customers whether it be using automation, a single email broadcasted to everyone using a campaign, or even the use of conversations on our shop website. It is so versatile, it can help us keep in contact with a large client base.

ActiveCampaign is easier to use, has a higher level of customer service, and enables us to be more creative with our emails/landing pages, etc. You can do more with integration to other sites that we use such as Shopify. We can see exactly what our customers are receiving, how well emails are performing and these can all be viewed in a much simpler, easier form. You can link social media to your account and target certain audiences through that.
