Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

It is very easy to set up automations and there are lots of different types of actions that you can create depending on the actions that subscribers take. This can be triggering other automations, delivering lead magnets, tracking engagement, etc.. There are also many different apps that can be integrated.

Pros

  • Integrating with other apps or softwares
  • Tracking actions taken by subscribers
  • Being able to segment your list to make things more personable

Cons

  • There might be able to be descriptions of certain things that could use less technical words to help beginners understand more easily.
  • It has made everything so much easier to streamline.
  • You can send a simple email or create them from templates and send with just a couple of clicks, which makes the process very easy and quick.
ActiveCampaign has a lot more capabilities that can be very useful for being able to achieve marketing goals.

This might be less appropriate for anyone that doesn't need as many options for different types of automation. It is simply way more than enough.
