Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I am the main administrator of the tool; I manage the CRM, user access, and automation, being responsible for good use and solving issues that could happen; also I am responsible for seeing that all integrations we are making works perfectly; I am also a decision maker, I am the one who has direct contact to the tech support team.

Pros

  • Powerful Automations.
  • Easy to create emails.
  • Easy to integrate to different tools.

Cons

  • Email creation.
  • Tech support.
  • Improve of sales.
  • ROI
  • Customer experience.
Activecampaign is powerful, easy to use, and cheaper than most of the competitors; that is why we use it, and it gives us great results, the idea to add unlimited users is also a plus; for what we are paying for, it worth every dollar spent, is also easy to train people.

Do you think ActiveCampaign delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with ActiveCampaign's feature set?

Yes

Did ActiveCampaign live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of ActiveCampaign go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy ActiveCampaign again?

Yes

When we start using the tool, we have a gap or some issues to make proper sales; we started working with the CRM creating campaigns on different platforms to generate leads; before Activecampaign, we were selling around 15 cars a month; after we implement all the marketing strategies, email, and automation, and start to integrate WhatsApp and other tools into it, now we are selling around 350 - 400 cars a month.

Using ActiveCampaign

450 - We have the sales Team, managers, and director with access to the tool; we have more than 20 car dealerships in 3 different cities, so we need to have everyone onboard, there is also easy to train them and to prepare them to use the tool, we have been using it for more than four years now, and the results are great.
3 - We have three people helping in support for our team, helping solve issues that are small or easy to solve, but we do have main access to contact the Activecampaign tech support, they respond quickly and easily, with the chat it works fine, and if we need to escalate the issue, they solve it quick as well.
  • Lead contact.
  • Email performance.
  • Post sale follow up.
  • Whatsapp integration.
  • Dynamic content.
  • Power automations.
  • Is a tool that keep making changes.
  • Video calls integrations.
  • AI coming.
We are thrilled with this tool; for us will be very difficult to migrate what we have learned what we have so far into another tool, to train so many people, and to adapt to the change, but for now, we are good using the tool, and we have the support we need.

Evaluating ActiveCampaign and Competitors

  • Price
  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
This is a good question, probably what I could do is make a research of the most used tools in the industry and what are the features they hae, how easy is to start to use that tool and how easy is to integrate this solution with other tools that we are using
