Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We used ActivTrak to track productivity. We were having a problem with employees saying they didn’t have enough time to complete their work, so with ActivTrak we were able to see where their time is going and help them with that problem by teaching them what to prioritize and focus their time on.

- It’s a lot of steps to get to viewing all the users history
- Reports aren’t very complex
- The main page can be confusing and takes time to get used to
- I don’t know an amount but it helped us retain employees
- It helped us maximize our employees potential, so we had to hire less employees
- The screenshots, they are very clear
- The graphs are cool and give good data
- The many different options of data you can get
It has helped us gain insight on how our employees are spending their time, sometimes on non important or not work related items, and we then figured out a plan with them to increase their productivity and taught them how to prioritize. We continued monitoring them and coaching them along the way thanks to AcrivTrak.
It has given us hard data, actual facts that we were able to use to work on a plan of action to retain employees and have them maximize their time in the office every day.
By giving us details about how our employees are spending their time, we were able to create a process and then track the process but also enforcing accountability in the team
