Next Level Employee Management

ActivTrak has been a game changer. We implemented it just before COVID hit our area and have been using it to manage our workforce who moved from in-person only to remote first during the pandemic. ActivTrak has been a pivotal tool in helping us track activity and productivity, forecast burnout risk, and more. I have recommended this software to companies who are currently remote-first or are looking to become remote. A great product that is always taking customer feedback to improve its software. Without ActivTrak, we would not be able to easily track/monitor the performance of our remote workforce. Our employees are paid hourly, so having a way to track how much work they are actually doing while being paid has helped us tremendously. We have used the data provided by ActivTrak to make firing decisions, work on coaching employees who seem to be struggling in one or more areas, and to prove when an employee did not do something a customer accused an employee of doing. The data is invaluable.

We have used ActivTrak to monitor overall employee productivity, including if employees are attempting to work outside of business hours. This has enabled us to combat burnout risk and see areas where employees may need additional training or guidance in one area or another. Being able to see all of this data on an easy to read platform has been a game changer for us and has allowed us to put more trust in our remote team.

We have not really used ActivTrak in this way, but have been able to make employment decisions based on data provided through ActivTrak. It has also allowed us to track our assets in a more meaningful way.
