Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We use ActivTrak as an employee monitoring solution. It keeps management focused on employee time and productivity level. ActivTrak's URL blocking feature is a game changer. It allows us to whitelist or blacklist sites based on computer groups. Ever since we started using ActivTrak, employee productivity level has more than tripled. No more wasted time and resources on staff being distracted on social media, etc.

Cons
- The dashboard is not customizable.
- Keystroke logging is not available.
- Optical character recognition on screenshots would be very advantageous.
- Real-time productivity metrics and detailed workforce analytics have allowed us to better understand our workforce and make adjustments for better productivity.
- Because we were able to curb bad habits, team behavior is at an optimal level.
- Since our productivity level has gone up, the return on our investment in staffing has risen.
- Team Pulse: gives you a real-time look at what activities the staff is working on.

By focusing on monitoring employee’s time as well as productivity, ActivTrak simplifies a lot of the difficulties of employee monitoring. The ability to see what applications and what websites are being visited by the staff has allowed us to make the correct modifications to workflow that have positively impacted the level of staff productivity.
By using the data gathered, ActivTrak uses dashboards and predictive analysis to offer insights to assist organizations in answering questions such as, does remote or hybrid work impact productivity, which staff member is most likely to experience burnout, what distractions contribute to a decrease in team productivity, and are we achieving set organizational and team goals?
Being able to see staff activity, whether it be in-house or remote, has allowed us to tweak processes in order to keep our staff on task and focused. By being able to control certain variables, productivity has risen tremendously, and our organizational resources are well maintained at an optimal level.
