ActivTrak Review

We use ActivTrak to manage productivity of employees. The business problems the product addresses is use of time. We typically utilize this tool to ensure productivity in the workplace. It is especially helpful with remote employees of whom we have alot. Most of our staff works remote and this lets us look through the window into use of time when performing tasks.

This tool has provided us real time knowledge of what exactly the team is focused on and not focused on. It gives insite into what we need to work toward when looking at what time is spend on certain tasks. It has given me the power to dial in on tasks that may require more time spent

It draws a clear picture of what levels of productivity is given by individuals accross the board. The nice thing is seeing who is on track and who may need closer management with given tasks. I enjoy seeing improvement when working with employees that may need more encouragement and or tasked items.

ActivTrak has empowered us to manage and dial in on different platforms that the employees use on a daily basis and make it easy to evaluate where they spend their time and why. It is nice because it separates the good from bad (wasted time) items. It clearly draws the picture of where time is spent
