Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics
I use Adobe Analytics for analyzing data and content performance across various touchpoints. The dashboards and charts functionality within Adobe Analytics is great for beginners and those who aren’t power users of analytics tools. It's a pretty intuitive tool for daily use.
- Charts showing specific metric performance
- Ease of navigation between different data sets
- Ease of downloading and sharing of data
- Filtering of data is not very straightforward
- Invaluable insights into sales trends
- Great data for customer segmentation
- Was very useful in sizing potential revenue opportunities
Adobe Analytics is pretty decent compared with Google Analytics. I would not consider one product to be better than the other.
