Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

Usually looking for user flows, traffic hits/visits and where they go, and what users do after they hit a page or vanity URL. Looking for specific actions users do and the flow of the user from thing to thing. For example, vanity URL to do an action. Did they visit, and did they complete that action? After they did the action, what did they do next?
  • Complex Segmenting made easy.
  • Preset templates.
  • Visual graphs.
  • It's hard because each event has to be predefined in adobe, and that takes more engineering lift.
  • b/c of the reason above, it's hard to get product engineers on board with using Adobe A.
  • It doesn't retroactively collect things - you have to know what you need upfront & things change so fast it's hard to know that.
  • I haven't used it long enough.
  • But I think it gives a good overview of traffic.
  • It also gives top pages etc.
I didn't select Adobe A but the company did. I do like the UI, even though it takes a while to get used to and understand.
I don't think it works as well for tracking specific actions. I think it's great for overviews or things well defined in adobe A already. Also, we have a lot of support here for teaching/troubleshooting- so that helps.
