Launch data capture

As a business and a team, we find it easy to use to help support any new developments. Once you have created a standard within your business it's easy to replicate across multiple containers to ensure consistency across products/sites. With all the extensions available as well it means that rarely do you need custom code for third-party tags and normally that is needed just to enhance capture that is not out of the box.

Support is tied directly to Adobe support so it depends who you get and how knowledgeable they are. However most of the time we can resolve it quickly and if not there are multiple support groups where you can ask questions to get a response.

Launch allows us to quickly make changes to our tracking on-site to allow us to capture the right data, and fix any data issues we might find. This also allows us to manage all third-party tools within one place to ensure consistency across our tool stack as well as an easy release process.
