Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Adobe Sign is used by all sales professionals across the globe, regardless of product, size of deal, and client. It provides a traceable, digital contract that is secure and works to provide all contract information that can be accessed from many years.
  • It is a very straight forward process of sending out the contract to be signed.
  • Clients can access from laptop, cell phone or any device which doesn't require it to be downloaded onto their device.
  • Sending out reminders is very easy to set up.
  • The interface with SalesforceCRM is tricky, because data needs to be there before contract is set up.
  • Adobe can be challenging in being sure that you as the sender to get copied, vs being listed as a counter signer.
  • It could be the way our company is set up for Salesforce interaction with Adobe Sign, but sometimes the contract doesn't automatically save into Salesforce.
  • At end of month, when you really need a contract signed and into the system, Adobe Sign is a salesperson's best friend.
  • There is no doubt that a contract has come back with Adobe Sign, and you can copy your manager or support team to be notified when a contract returns - speeding up the contract process and putting money up on the board.
  • More so, it is the rare client that won't want to use Adobe e-sign. It could be a flaw in our process but moving a digital contract to paper signed, and back is tricky with the way we use this software, but it's a minor flaw.
I have rarely experienced any trouble that required Adobe Sign support.
I have already had a great experience with Adobe Sign.
Getting to the E-sign stage is my favorite stage of the sale. Having an e-signed contract makes closing opportunities and putting my numbers up on the board quicker and easier.

Adobe interacts better with our version of Salesforce CRM.
Once you have gotten the price details of your contract ironed out, uploading the executable contract into Adobe Sign and emailing it to the client is easy to do, e-signing can be done very simply, even on the client's phone on a holiday.

One scenario where it is less appropriate is with the less technically saavy clients who want to get a paper contract to print out and sign and fax or scan back to you. A contract outside of the e-sign pathway is still difficult in putting back into the digital process that Adobe Sign works best with.
