Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Adobe Sign is being used by our sales organization as a means to simplify and speed up the signature process, have more insights into if our prospects have taken a look at the contract as well as for internal use as we will use Adobe Sign to sign new job and promotion contracts.
  • Contract open alerts--this is huge for sales as we need to know if they have even looked at the contract.
  • Great analytics--let's you know your average contract signature back time.
  • Great way to organize all your contracts out---has good reminders when contracts have not been looked at or signed back.
  • The autofill signature tags will delete the signature line at times.
  • The dashboard look a tad bit out of date.
  • Modifying the agreement can be challenging at times.
  • Being able to quickly get contracts out for signature has drastically sped up our sales process which is critical in commercial sales.
  • Adobe Sign's contract open alerts has been extremely important in gauging where the contract sits with their internal stakeholders which helps me forecast better.
  • Adobe Sign at time feels so automated that I can forget or be lackadaisical in pushing for signatures.
AdobeSign has always worked for me in the 3 times of using the software, so as much as I would love to rate the overall support from their team, I have not had to ever reach out and don't have any experience with their support team as I have never needed to use it!!
An extremely simple platform to use. You could click around their software in 1-hour and figure out how to use 90% of the solution. It is a very intuitive software and there is only so many things and purposes that the tool is supposed to do so you don't get easily lost.
As a software company, really the only way to solidify a deal or partnership is to get a signature from a client. In the commercial space we are fairly transactional so being able to send off and receive signatures from companies all around North America would not be anywhere close as smooth of a process without Adobe Sign. It the final and most key part of our sales process (getting the signature!)

I was not directly involved in the sales process with Adobe Sign but I have used other tools like DocuSign before. DocuSign seemed to be a bit more complex of software to use but it was a nicer looking dashboard. Really no major differences but I have never had an issue with Adobe Sign!
Adobe Sign is great for small to large enterprise customers. Anyone who needs to send digital contracts (which is basically everyone nowadays) can use this tool. If your business does not have contracts or is only B2C online or self-serve signups/purchases, Adobe Sign is less relevant.
