Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM
Our entire organization uses ADP Vantage. Being a somewhat new employee, I am not sure what problems it has helped to address versus the platform we had prior to Vantage. I do like how it is easier to navigate about the site when hiring new employees, looking up information, etc.
Pros
- I like the ability to create reports with the field grabber option.
- New design is simple to use and understand.
- Efficient
- All fields are pretty self explanatory
Cons
- It does tend to "freeze" occasionally, or buffers for seconds on end causing your site to log out.
- Customization to your organizations needs is definitely limited.
- More cons than pros.😕
- Easier access to payroll info.
- good functionality.
- Self service.
We currently use Smart Compliance with Vantage. I'd say they even out as far as meeting our expectations.

Yes - ADP Pay Force. Not sure why, it was prior to me joining the team!

Not my decision personally-made as an executive decision higher up. I guess most important factor that played a part would be usability overall.
Would not change the evaluation, maybe just the selection.

If you are comfortable in exploring the site, then yes I do recommend this approach. However, if you are like me and prefer to be guided, then no this is not the best approach. Otherwise, you will not know what you are doing and may get confused with all the tabs, fields, etc. Also, I have a fear of causing systematic errors playing in different fields.

No, not at the moment. But I would like to explore best practices.
No - we have not done any customization to the interface
Some - we have added small pieces of custom code - I believe it was. I did not handle that aspect of it.
