Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We are using ADP Workforce Now with HR and processing our employees payroll. It is used by our accounting department and our time record department.
- ADP Work Force Now is very easy to use. It is is user friendly, reliable and quick. Processing payroll is done in minutes and it requires very little training.
- The only thing that I think needs improvement is the report feature. I think it needs to be easier but with all honesty, I think we need more training on that.
- Saving time and money by making it easy to process new hires, employees records and process payroll.
Our HR team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - We used Paycheck before we used ADP. Paycheck's system was less easy to use, it took more time to process, and we found ourselves spending more time on the phone rather than processing payroll in the software.
