Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is used across the whole organization for HR ad payroll. We currently utilize the employee self-service functions.
- Payroll.
- Reporting.
- Employee self service.
- Would like to see more user configuration.
- Additional reporting fields such as date entered.
- Self service functions have allowed us to reduce the need for manual data entry.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I am newer to the organization and have not done a review of the time savings but will as we implement more functionality.
I enjoyed working with the other platforms mentioned such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and UltiPro. I think ADP as a whole could do a better job competing with some of these other sAAs solutions. UltiPro is much cheaper and provides the same services that ADP does.
