Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used across the whole organization for HR ad payroll. We currently utilize the employee self-service functions.
  • Payroll.
  • Reporting.
  • Employee self service.
  • Would like to see more user configuration.
  • Additional reporting fields such as date entered.
  • Self service functions have allowed us to reduce the need for manual data entry.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I am newer to the organization and have not done a review of the time savings but will as we implement more functionality.
I enjoyed working with the other platforms mentioned such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and UltiPro. I think ADP as a whole could do a better job competing with some of these other sAAs solutions. UltiPro is much cheaper and provides the same services that ADP does.
ADP Workforce Now is great for smaller businesses without a lot of needs for customized functionality. However, it is not an ideal solution for larger organizations where a lot of customization is needed.
