Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP for payroll and benefits services. For 2019 Open Enrollment, we implemented online enrollment through ADP, which was a great success. We are also working on implementing carrier connections between ADP and our benefit carriers. This will be such a huge asset when it is complete because it will reduce a ton of manual entering.
Pros
- ADP is very good at communicating changes with their upgrades.
- ADP is excellent at problem solving issues.
- ADP does a tremendous job at their training.
Cons
- The reporting could be more user-friendly.
- Less error.
- More accurate information.
- Positive ROI.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I am unsure of the exact amount of time saved, but I do know that there have been many hours saved. Calculations are done by ADP, where before the accountant would have to manually calculate taxes. ADP files all our taxes and liens for us, which took that completely off us as the employer.
- Concur
- Made2Manage
We just signed a contract with Concur that we may try to integrate. Also, out time and attendance is done through Made2Manage and we will also be trying to integrate that with ADP.
Workforce provides more resources for us as an employer.

Yes - Sage Abra was replaced because we needed a system that had more experience with a bigger company with employees out of state.
- Cloud Solutions
- Ease of Use
Being easy for the employees to use.
Maybe do a little more testing of the product.
