Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

The HR manager currently uses ADP Workforce Now to house all of our employee data on the benefits side as well as to process payroll on the payroll side (myself). In addition, the entire organization uses its time-off system for requesting and tracking employee sick and vacation time. And of course for employer tax filing services, W-2, and ACA. Also, we use the reporting tools and GL interface.
  • House employee data (current and historical)
  • Sick time and vacation tracking
  • House older data in iReports
  • Quicker or more direct response with ADP SmartCompliance tax issues
  • I was able to create a report for an outside party, which helped save the company money.
I believe ADP has certainly done a great job of keeping up with the changing needs of its users/clients.
  • Benefits
This was on the HR side, but we had to have many calls with ADP to ensure the smooth integration of benefits information into ADP Workforce Now. This process could be made smoother.
I guess I'm biased toward ADP Workforce Now as I have only used PeopleSoft for payroll processing, but more than 15 years ago.

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy ADP Workforce Now again?

Yes

ADP Workforce Now not only has a great customer service line available to answer questions, but clients have recently been appointed Account Managers for specific company related matters.
I would definitely recommend ADP Workforce Now to my colleagues! I've been using ADP Workforce Now for many years, after having used ADP PC Payroll for Windows, and I have seen how ADP is continually making changes to improve the user experience. From having the HR benefits module talk "live" with the payroll side to how easy it is to track and see prior, current, and future sick/vacation time, ADP's functionalities are becoming more intuitive for its users. One can easily pull up an old or current employee and verify dates, rates, and much more in a single search. The ADP reporting tool also makes it very easy to create custom reports whenever needed (and impress management). And if there's ever a question, the ADP Customer Support Center is always available!

COVID-19 Response

ADP quickly worked on helping to support our business through the COVID-19 crisis in a few ways.
First,
ADP made available several reports entailing the necessary data to be
pulled to apply for the 2020 Cares Act relief fund (PPP).
ADP
also created and automatically made available new earnings codes for
processing pay related to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act
(FFCRA).
And of course ADP had resources and a FAQ section on the Bridge to help with questions about COVID-19 and Payroll.
ADP Workforce Now's reporting tool has helped me easily pull the reports that were requested by my Managers for PPP.
The ADP Employer Preparedness Toolkit helped guide through those frequently asked questions regarding COVID-19.
ADP Workforce Now’s mobile offering has really given employees the ability to view their paycheck as well as their personal information at their fingertips.
