New to ADP.
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP for our HR and payroll. We are very new to the system, but so far, it has been good. We are still working through learning the systems, but we like that everything can be under one system and in one place for our employees. Customer service has been excellent and they always respond quickly to any questions we might have. There are many trainings online to help your employees or managers learn how to best use the system.
Pros
- Payroll processing.
- Taxes.
- HR onboarding.
Cons
- There is so much information and possibilities that it can be very overwhelming, and it can sometimes be difficult to get a response to questions.
- Payroll taxes can be overwhelming, especially when you are in multiple states, I wish there was more training in that area.
- When in the onboarding process I wish I would have received a little more direction in certain areas, we would have labeled things different and worked out a few kinks from the very beginning instead of a year down the road.
- We are still new to ADP, but so far ADP has been very user-friendly, and we like that everything is in one place.
- ADP has been easy to use and quick to respond the any questions or problems that I have need help with during payroll.
- We moved payroll and HR to ADP in January.
Moving to ADP was a lot of work but we had a great team that helped make the transition smooth. I wish I had asked more questions during the transition which would have solved some payroll problems now 2 years later but these problems were fixed quickly with the help of our CS rep at ADP
There are a lot more options with ADP, and you can do benefits and HR with ADP, which is a plus.
