Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now across our entire organization. It enables us to empower our managers and employees and is a central location for our HR processes.
  • On-boarding is very customizable and easy to use.
  • The talent and compensation features allow us to put a better focus on these areas.
  • Having a location to retain policies and procedures is key.
  • Support is scattered and having one rep for your account would be more meaningful.
  • The talent feature does not let you upload your own forms which is a sticking point for me.
  • When you add time off to the grid it does not deduct from the time off balances and this is hard to manage.
  • It has made things easier and reduced the time for which it takes to do payroll.
  • It has given our managers more authority and trust.
  • It has brought employee tools to our workforce which they had not previously had.
Our HR team has saved over 50 hours per month. - Because of ADP Workforce Now, we are able to focus on more strategic initiatives.
ADP Workforce Now is just a much more robust software.
ADP Workforce Now is great for a mid-sized company where management tools are scarce!
