Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
After outgrowing ADP RUN, WorkForce Now was the next logical step. I appreciated how the ADP implementation team worked side-by-side with us and made the transition easy and generally stress-free. WFN is used across our organization and has given us a central portal for recruitment (plus eliminated paper applications!), performance reviews, and benefits management.

Our HR team has saved 25-50 hours per month. - Since we previously used ADP RUN and it didn't export the GL, we had to key in hours, rates, overtime, taxes (every category), benefit costs, employee benefit deductions, and other manual deductions. When we hired new employees, we had to manually enter them into time and attendance and then separated into RUN and could not schedule future changes (WFN allows for Effective Dating). WFN not only houses our payroll and time and attendance but we also our recruitment portal, which means we can hire through recruitment and everything feeds directly into T&A and payroll and we can assign performance reviews upon hire.
